The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. Natalia at the front desk is a very helpful and friendly person. She is always ready for you with the right answer and advices inside and outside the hotel.

Radisson is a very beautiful hotel for sure. I think the description of the hotel is not fully correct and can cause wrong expectations. You see the sign of "Spa and Wellness" after you filter for "spa hotels" but in reality they have a medium size swimming pool and a very small sauna. So I was expecting something different and left me a bitter taste. There is a spa in the building that is independent from the hotel and nothing in there is included.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the main attractions and conveniently located next to a shopping mall. Our room was clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Breakfast was pleasant, with plenty of seating available and a wide variety of food options to choose from. The hotel staff were all exceptionally friendly and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. As part of our family room package, we also enjoyed one hour of complimentary access to the spa, which was a great bonus.

The only minor downside was that the sofa bed was a bit firm, but aside from that, the property was excellent.

We had a very comfortable stay. We drove from the Netherlands so we had a long drive in the car and the wellness facilities were very nice after this long drive. The breakfast buffet was luxury and abundant, so many nice dishes :) The location in the city is also really nice, walking distance from nice places.

The wellness area (Baltica) closes at 21.00, which we thought was rather early, especially if you had a long journey and do not check in too early. The swimming pool in the basement stays open a little longer. The sofa bed in our family room was worn out and needs replacement.

Ventilation in the room. While the airco in the room worked perfectly OK, it doesn't refresh the air (only cools it) and the windows in our room could not be opened at all. This leads to a very quick CO2 buildup, which significantly affects the quality of sleep and life in general. CO2 level in the room with the two of us present would quickly jump to ~1600 and higher and even throughout the night it wouldn't drop below ~1300 (yes, we always carry a sensor with us). Healthy level is below 600, max. 800.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I lovedthe coffee machine inside our room.. breakfast had a great variety. I especially appreciated the quick check-in/check-out process and the excellent housekeeping service. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, highly recommended.

Swimming pool a bit small for a kid.

Very comfortable beds and good room size. Isolation to other rooms and hallway is not great but it was overall calm and no problem for us. Very good breakfast, we also had dinner at the Europa Restaurant in the hotel once and liked it. We were able to borrow bathrobes and slippers for free, which allowed us to use the small sauna / pool area on floor -1. It's unfortunately noisy due to pool and sauna being in one open area, but other than that the sauna and resting areas are really great!

Personal preference: windows cannot be opened, you are dependent on using the AC, which I personally don't like. Obviously if it would be possible to use the big Spa in the 2nd for free, it would be even better. Although we had little time and therefore didn't go there.

This is a well run Raddison. Stayed here many times. 2 good restaurants, sensibly priced food, good quality food.

There is nothing that would stop me coming here again. This is roughly my 30th stay in last 15 year's. A couple of minor things. Tv in room really needs a uk channel. Either sky or bbc news 24. The remote control needs a manual, so hard to work out. Had to watch tv on phone. A plug socket near the bed for phone charger would be great. Also no safe in room which is unusual for a Raddison. But, probably my favourite Raddison out of the 8/10 I regularly stay in.

Great location, lots of stuff in walking distance and one of the malls is right next door. My suite was amazing, bed and pillows were so comfortable, the curtains were black out and the rails they’re on made is so the curtains fully overlapped and you didn’t get blinded by the sun in the morning. Having a walk in shower and tub was really nice as well. Loved that there was a little ‘living room’ sitting area that you can relax at instead of sitting on your bed in your street clothes. The hallway is extremely well lit and the spa was on the same floor. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful.

This is just nitpicking but the parking spaces in the parking garage for the hotel are for a smart cars not a standard car, you can park there with a standard car then not be able to get out of your car because the other car is 2cm away. I had to park my car at the 24 hour one behind the building and walk all the way around. The couch in my room was pretty hard and kind of tattered. *I want to preface this by saying I don’t speak polish, so this is just nitpicking again* If you have an iPhone you cannot cast to the TV because it only works with android’s. So I ended up using my iPad.

Breakfast was very nice, place clean and friendly. Room was good, clean with a comfortable bed. discrepancy between the information on the booking.com about the parking facilities and the information received at the reception. From the information on the booking.com I understood that the parking was included in the price while at the reception I was told I had to pay 80 PLN extra. after a longer discussion I left the reception with the understanding that I had to pay for the parking. from the payment, I can see that eventually I was not charged for the parking, which is nice. And a word about the parking - the spaces were very, very narrow so when parking on a middle space, it was not possible to get out of the car. Perhaps this issue could be improved. thank you:)

The room was huge and very modern! The bathroom(x2)was huge! The staff that came on the first night with chocolates was a nice gesture too. WiFi was very good. Breakfast was nice and well managed. Very clean and nice options. The staff are overall excellent here. Plus the coffee machine in the room was awesome!

The pool was too small to handle all the guests. Very cramped. Maybe fits 5 adults doing lengths. The bedding was super warm, I basically had to sleep outside it. The mattress/pillows were great though.
