Room was very good, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good shower, heated towel radiator. Good breakfast with plenty of options both warm and cold. Staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Location was quiet yet close to the hustle & bustle of the (very vibrant) City.

Whilst there was a fridge there was no milk in the room to use for morning coffee (restaurant staff gave me a cup of milk when I asked). TV channels limited for non-Polish speakers - Sky News shouldn't be unachievable at the least (EuroNews plays on a loop for 2 days!). Yes, these are small points but they are easily amended.

Nice, small hotel in the very center of Szczecin, also close to the old town, and not too far from the train station. New furniture, spotlessly clean, well designed with a nice combination of colors: white, grey, red (bricks) and black elements. My single bed room was cozy and comfortable, the bed was larger than expected. I like hard mattresses; this one was good though not too hard. I liked the selection of tea in the room. Nice strong coffee available for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Parking space available (at extra cost).

Windows blocked the outside noise. I would not however recommend sleeping with open windows in summer - too noisy. Well, to be expected as the hotel is in the very center of the town, close to two streets.

Wonderful and modern hotel. Everything is tastefully furnished and comfortable, our family room was spacious. Staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, service was fast and impeccable. The location was great for us, the city centre in easy walking distance. The breakfast was delicious. We loved the choice of music played in the hallways. There’s a big parking lot for guests right in front of the hotel.

The AC was a bit hard to control, fan speed didn’t go low enough for our taste. We had to turn it off for the night, which made the room a bit stuffy in the hot summer weather.

Very nice and helpful service at the reception and restaurant. Tasty breakfasts. Everything fresh and tasty. Very good lunches in the hotel restaurant. The entire hotel is new and very clean. Well-soundproofed rooms. Fast wifi. Very good location.

Everything was perfect. Maybe one small suggestion regarding pets. Maybe it would be good to have a few rooms where animals aren't allowed. I do like animals but it might be not comfortable for people with allergies to stay in the room where previousely was a cat. An allergy sufferer sneezes if a cat lived in the room before.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a spotlessly clean and shiny bathroom! Really good powerful shower. We used the 'compact' gym and pristine sauna, which was very welcome after the snowy drive from Koszalin. Breakfast was excellent. Very useful, secure onsite parking too. Lovely helpful staff who were sympathetic to my awful Polish (przepraszam!). Thank you!

Room smaller than expected, breakfast tasty but limited to already prepared spread-paste and desserts in the renovated building basement. All good but I had the expectation to find an hotel with some charme and it was rather a clean and modern "commodity" hotel, despite of the jazzy pictures

Clean brand new hotel

Not making bad, only towels change after 1st night, TV didn’t work as well heating grill in the bathroom. Not possible to open window, only regulated by aircon. Breakfast very limited. Staff still confused and unorganised properly. Lot of space for improovments. Still, I would gladly recomend this hotel and would come back again.

We didn't know that the hotel is pet friendly. Although the room must have been vacuumed, I had asthma and running nose while I was in the room. I wouldn't recommend to those who have allergy to dogs and cats.

Brand new little hotel, very friendly staff, really tasteful breakfast, good choice in restaurant.

Problem with window - it was locked but partly opened, so it could not be closed properly. Quite little room.

Confortable and cosy hotel near the downtwon. Very quiet and clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is wonderful.
