I'm from Texas, so I'm hard to impress..... But this place did impress me....The actually kept the restaurant open longer so that I could eat the first night of my stay..... All of the staff always has a smile.... I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel..... It's very close to the city center.... And there is a wonderful food store right across the street !!!.... Any time I'm in the city, I will stay at this hotel and no other...... And by the way, this is a wonderful city with wonderful people..... If you want somewhere just to get away, this is the city to do it in..... they have churches that were built-in the 13th century..... Everybody is so friendly here ... If you're looking for the perfect place to take your new bride on a honeymoon, this is the place. !!!

The only thing I didn't like was, I didn't have time to stay more days in this wonderful city.... Trust me, I'm from Texas..... This is the place to stay in the city ...

Good location, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast. I arrived in the middle of the night (2 am) and it was not a problem for hotel staff. I was satisfied, since everything I expected as minimum was met. A very good idea was the small shop with some snacks available 24/7 at the reception desk - you could buy some snacks, something to drink, even beer.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but you can open windows. I did not get remote for my TV, but I did not really have time to watch TV, did not ask for it at the reception desk, and you could operate the TV using its buttons. Really not much to complain about.

A great hotel for the small money! Staff is helpful, positive and polite. The room was very clean, sheets were fresh. That is all you really need for the money.

Breakfast is not included in the price; however, the option exists to pay extra for breakfast. The buffet breakfast is limited and does not include any type of juice in the price.

Loud people talking all night outside

The bathroom is renovated.

There is nobody who is able to speak English. The room does not have air condition nor decent door. Everything could be heard from the hall and out from the room. The beds are horrible.

It was very loud the wifi didnt work and the resturant gave me a book after a couple of days with english prices had white out on them charged me more then normal prices
