Amazingly quiet and tranquil location in the park area, wonderful warm salt water pool and spa area. Breakfast offer is appropriate and served with fresh foods. Good value for money.

Reception personnel can be more fluent and polite in english wich can eliminate some obstructions in communication with the guests. The rooms sound proofness could have been more better, you could easilly hear voices from tbe corridor. Shower drainage system was not working and there could have been more shower amneties in the bathroom such as tissues and hand cream. No internet in TVs wich are quite outdated for such hotel.

Very good location, friendly staff. Regular continental breakfast, enough to feel full. Spa zone is not big, but enough to get some rest: 2 saunas, 3 jacuzzis, swimming pool. Wonderful jacuzzis (but we need more!) :) Amazing view from the spa zone. Thank you for the hairdryer and 2 bottles of water in the room. The town is very cozy, the park is beautiful.

The walls are not soundproof at all, I could hear the kids playing and adults talking in the next room. I don't want to sound weird, but the carpet smelled :) I would really appreciate some more toiletries like hair conditioner and body lotion. Right now there are only liquid soap and some washing liquid in the shower. Having one more towel would also be great (for saunas). A bit overpriced, but OK. I had a good time!

Restaurant closed at 21:30. Me and my friends wanted to celebrate my birthday, but the kitchen was closed even though it was written that the restaurant works till 22:00. It was really bad experience, we had to order food from McDonald's. Next day at around 13:00, when we wanted to have lunch, restaurant was also closed. We have no idea when exactly it s possible to eat there!

Nice location

I didn’t like the receptionist Magda. She was very mean right up at the start of the checking in. She treated me with extreme superiority the way I felt like I was entering a prison facility. She showed no sign of warm welcoming. Her behavior ruined the joy of staying. She should not work at the reception with such an attitude. Or be retrained. She showed the same strange unwelcome behavior at my check out process. It really left me with not nice memories.

Very good location, clean, nice food and in general it is exactly as on the photos

It would be good to have double beds, instead of 2 singles attached. The hotel staff explained to us in advance that they do not have such option due to the hotel being conference-centric, however I think would be a good addition. Everything else was great.

Comfy, clean, very calm territory with pines and squirrels, pleasant breakfast. We didn’t notice any noise in the room. The water in the swimming pool is warm, and there won’t be too much people because it’s regulated (you won’t be given a bracelet if there’re many people). We had to wait for <10 minutes in the evening, approximately at 20:40, it’s okay :)

Bathrobes were clean but a bit damaged (a small hole / a broken loop)

We absolutely love the breakfast, the relaxing spa area, and the comfortable rooms. There’s always bottled water in the room, plus a kettle and a fridge. Separate towels and bathrobes are thoughtfully provided for spa use, which we really appreciate

Everything was great, no issues at all.

Breakfast was really good. We had dinner at the restaurant and were amazed by how good the food was. We 100% recommend this hotel to our friends and will definitely come back!

Room was not well cleaned

The rooms are more beautiful than they look on the website. Cleanliness is at a very high level. The staff is responsive and smiling, from the receptionists to the lifeguards. The pool and spa, in my opinion, are second to none in the area. We think we will be staying at the hotel often in the future. We hope that the quality of service provided will remain the same.
