Near town centre and not expensive, very clean and tidy.

Feels a bit spooky as no staff on site at night. Could do with a glasses for water in rooms and access to kitchen or kettle (I’ve had it during first stay, but not during the 2nd stay)

Receiptionist Polish Man was very Nice and Great 👍. His Behaviour was So Polite. I Highly Appriciate him 👍👍🙂

Very helpful response from the man responsible for letting out rooms. We had to telephone him (as there is no longer a hotel reception) and he arrived 5-10 minutes later. He even drove us to a restaurant for dinner (Dziedziniec) - even though we coudl easily have walked there - which was excellent.

In our ignorance that the hotel no longer functions as a typical hotel, I went to the reception of the restaurant downstairs, where i received a frankly rude response (I am guessing they were fed up with people coming to ask them), telling me that there had been no hotel there since the pandemic, but that "someone let out rooms upstairs". At first there was no answer when we called the number, so we had visions of having to find somewhere else to stay the night. However, he then answered (see above), and all is well that ends well.

Staff working (cleaning lady) very polite, and her little boy as well. Tidy room in good location.

No kettle in the room,no fridge,beds uncomfortable

- free parking with gate with padlock - well equipped kitchen - close to downtown and train station

- rude room service - dirt in room - stik of cigarets - doors to the room non-functional because of signs of break-in - central heating out of order

When you are coming you see very sad place with no lights in the windows and no staff at reception. Doors are locked, so You must call leaseholder and he is coming by car to open the doors for you.Very strange manners staff, cleaners are very noisy and they swear in the corridor (even in the early morning).Deeply disappointed!

aside from the location, nothing at all.

- i had to wait nearly an hour for the staff to come check me in - the room smelled foul and dirty as soon as i entered - there was just a tiny towel in a room that's supposed to be for 3 people. wtf. - the beds were extremely bad. the mattress would sink into the bed deeply and become uneven, super uncomfortable to sleep. - the room was crammed with a table and 3 beds in a tiny space. - the shower was broken and the water stream was super weak.
