Housekeeping - you have to ask at the reception for extra toilet paper. No one took out the rubbish from the room in our 4night stay, no clean towels either. However, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back next time. Coffee - very poor quality grains served for breakfast. Cappuccino made by the waiter at the bar was better but cold.

The hotel was really nice, modern, and with good amenities. The spa area was huge and kid-friendly. We enjoyed our time there and we might come back in the future.

I didn't like that the staff didn't really speak english (mainly because the majority of the guests were polish i guess...).

Tasty breakfast, nice aqua-park, new clean warm rooms, helpful staff (booked wrong room by mistake and they fixed it).

it was too cold in aqua-park. In the second opinion it wasn’t too crowded. Lifeguards use warm jackets :)

I booked a night away for my parents, they enjoyed it a lot especially since their visit was before the high season. They got to enjoy the pool all by themselves. They loved breakfast too, good quality and lots of choice.

Excellent hotel with comfortable beds and amazing view to the mountains. Breakfast was excellent! Free parking spaces available in front of the hotel. Kind personnel.

Noisy thin walls. Very heavy air/no airflow. Busy. Limiting opening time of swimming pool and sauna when staying one night.

hotel is new, nice size of the rooms, very nice bathrooms. So you expect all the best at this price. Nice choices of sauna also dry one. very nice service at aquapark ( nice show in sauna ) and helpfull people on swimming pool. Full service was at high standard in the hotel. Thye tried their best. very good food at restaurant, also ala carte

we booked room in advance expecting to have some spa visit and swimming pool fun. SPA / wellness was fully ocupied and it was impossible to book any massage. Aquapark had many choices, but seems the full design is not as it should be, its risky as its too much water on the ground, but water comes from steam on the roof, not from swimming pool. so its very slippery especially on stairs. jacuzzi at aquapark are on for 10 min and switched off for 15 minutes. Hard to relax and move on. at 9 pm during shower water in the bathroom disappeared (4th floor) , lady at reception said they fullfill swimming pool and she doesnt know when they will finish, its hard when you are in the soap under the shower. at 8.15 am water in the shower again disappeared. (???) seems its bigger issue at hgher floors? My colleague had to ask for electrician as half of her room was without electricity, she couldnt charge phone or make a tea at room. But electricians appeared very fast so it was very positive. At breakfast (during weekend) not enough of space during rush hours, you have to wait for table to eat. Limited space at parking around the hotel.

The pool has broken tiles in numerous places on the bottom resulting in black dirt (possibly with fungus) flowing in the water. This was a very unpleasant experiences.

Everything was great except..walls in rooms.Food and personnel are fantastic, surrounding great plus kids play area. Swimming area plus sauna are time with life guards.

Walls in room, almost like paper. We heard neighbours on both sides plus TV from downstairs.
