In general: great hotel, tried few in the town and that one seems to be the best. + LOCATION: great views, silent nightbourhood; + parking is big, some electric chargers in the place; + views if you select a room with mountain view; there is even a glass wall in the bathroom (which you can blind for privacy if you like), so you can enjoy the view in the shower! + good chemicals (with moisturizers for body and hands); + full ironing set in the room; + tiny capsule coffee machine in the room; + comfy beeds, some (small) sofa next to the big window; + nice à la carte restaurant (location separate from breakfast/lunch room) with REALLY professional service (our waiter behaved excellent) just like in a good white-cloth restaurant, tasty food and nice selection of wine (sadly, I haven't seen anything from Poland - Lower Silesia wineries are in rising, it would be nice to promote some local product, maybe something from Czechia too?); + fabulus breakfast, lots of choice, on-demand made delicious omlets, also sweets and local products (they also serve own made food /that you can buy later if you like/ there and that's delicious), nice view from windows; + great reception desk, friendly and helpful, speaks german too (haven't tried Engish nor Czech though); + you can OPEN windows in the room (no - that is not standard in hotels) to let some nice, fresh air in; + there is a SPA in the place - not my thing, didn't tried but looked nice and promising great mountain view (the SPA is in on the first floor of the hotel located on a hill, so no more looking on basement walls when relaxing after a sauna session) - on the other hand saw comments about kids running around, so do not take that opinion too serious;

- maybe room safes aren't too human-friendly: do not verify passcode before locking, but reception lady managed to made it open in few minutes without any fuzz when it refused to accept my digits; - it would be nice to have slippers in the room ready for guests - especially because rooms have nice carpets it would be waste to stain; - there is a small payment for the parking lot, yes it is small but in the city where you can get to only by car (no, the new train connection is not for turists) it is just unfair; - on the bed I found a flyer promoting their new apartments-for-rent building, I know they need to sell that stuff somehow but it is really rude - I would expect a tiny chocolate on the bed, not some ad;

Nice spa set-up and amazing breakfast in the morning. In addition, the restaurant had great dinner options that were reasonably priced.

The hotel could use some additional features for the active guests such as weight room with some workout machines and cardio area. And in the winter, the place would benefit from an outside seated area with heated lanterns or a fire pit for guests comfort that want to sit outside for a bit while enjoying their hot wine or beer. That would make the hotel that much more appealing.

New hotel in a nice location, smiling and helpful staff. Very decently equipped room with comfortable bed, facilities at 3/4 hotel level. I rate very positively the cleanliness of both the room and the spa and all other areas. There is a larger, very nice spa with a pool, sauna, steam room, one indoor and one outdoor jacuzzi, all with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The wellness area is accessible through the interior of the hotel (both buildings), bathrobe/towel rental is available at the SAP reception. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection of food and drinks of all kinds. The food and service in the hotel restaurant was also top quality.

Central room heating without the possibility of influencing the temperature of your room. During the day the temperature was adequate, but overnight the room was too warm. It was necessary to keep the window open for me, but this meant a slight increase in noise from outside. The water temperature in the pool could be slightly higher.

Fantastic food and super helpful and friendly staff. Loved the cold chamber, pool, and spa services. Very clean. Great location.

Would be better if the gym with weights were available. In the bathroom, the sink partially blocks the toilet. A slightly bigger room with a bigger wardrobe would be great.

It was nice to see that the hotel was refreshed from my last visit, something was renew, but persona is still very friendly and helpful, food very testy and the best spa that. So that’s why I came at 11th time and now with my wife, daughter and my mother. It was excellent holiday for the whole family. Many thanks to all workers of this hotel!

The spa was excellent and the free hire of robes made it feel special! You can sit in the sauna and look out over the beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was fantastic! The room wasnt very clean, but they sent someone up to fix it so no trouble!

Everything was perfect, include breakfasts, restaurant, personal and SPA. It's perfect place to stay for a coupe or for a family. I come to this hotel 10 times and and I see that all time looks very frash and personal try to renew it all time. Water in the sweeming pool without chlor and rather warm.

in my room there was not enough electricity sockets near the mirror, one of the laps was just there without possibility to plug it 🥲

Everything is great from meals to wellness. Very comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately we were checked to the room (together with child) next to some independent couple that forgot they are not alone and they were very, very loud in their bed. Not hotel fault, but I had to mention it.

Beautiful location, wonderful staff, great wellness, delicious food, comfortable rooms, good relaxing atmosphere, GREAT facilities for children!
