Location and price

There was no parking space available

Service and etc were okay, close to the shops, park round corner, nice walk there.

Not having a lift would not be suitable for disabled people to stay, unless they are able to climb the stairs to their room.

Breakfast was very tasty. The stuff was helpful. Other meals were also good.

The main problem for me was the noise outside. The hotel is at the Main Street so even at night it was quite many cars. Maybe in the autumn or winter when windows can be closed it’s ok, but in summer it’s a problem for someone who needs silence to be able to sleep

The location close to the old town. Good breakfast and beer Kozel. Toys for small kids in the restaurant, which was very useful for us.

Although the location is great, its is by the road with heavy traffic. No air condition. The hotel has a great potential but requires some refreshment and regular maintenance of small damages in the rooms.

Good breakfast. Very good location with access to free parking place.

there could be more amenities in the room (extra pillow), water or min-bar. Bathroom shower in the bathroom to be renovated. A very small sink.

The room was freaking cold, even with the radiator turned up to its maximum...

Heating turned off and warm water not working. Likely as I was alone or almost alone at the hotel.

Reception semi-deserta

A hotel where we needed one to be that night, reception staff friendly, bar & restaurant looked good, though we didn't use them. Room was Ok and had essential facilities. Although the room had some issues I would give the hotel another try, just not in room12.

Room smelt of damp especially in the bathroom. It rained that day and there was a big damp mark on the ceiling which explained the smell

(1) The location was nice. (2) I arrived late (20:00-21:00), but the staffs were helpful. (3) The room and bathroom were clean.

(1) One of two room light (the main one) didn't work. (2) The TV had no signal. (3) The bedside outlet was behind the bedside cabinet, and the cover of the outlet was broken. (4) The shower taps (water and hot water) were unclear. I didn't want to let a staff in the room while I'm out so I didn't ask to repair (especially (1)). I accepted the room condition and stayed as scheduled so I won't complain now. However, I strongly recommend to check the room condition more carefully before you let a guest in.
