The daily servicing of the room was amazing! The staff even organised our belongings!! Room was amazing, number 11 is very spacious and the bathroom is impressive! Breakfast was also amazing!

Perhaps when a double bed is requested, hotel management should understand this is not two singles pushed together. Although when this was raised, the staff offered a double memory foam topper so neither me or my partner fell into the gap between the two beds. Lastly, in room 11, the rug on the side of the bed needs some anti-slip rubbers as it slides very easily - was kicked under the bed during my stay.

Newly refurbished, high standard and excellent location

Everything was good, the only issue we had was that the booking didn’t come through for 3 people as specified in Booking.com. This resulted in ex extra cost for the third person which we had to pay, unexpectedly.

Large spacious rooms with clean white bedding. Roomy bathroom with large shower and fresh white towels. Nice western window view of mountains. Good breakfast and nice dinner options at the restaurant. Very helpful and attentive hotel staff.

Somewhat difficult to find. Limited parking, no fruit for breakfast and no English channels on tv.

Room was very nice, bathroom was awesome, a lot of towels, clean sheet, basically the best hotel room I was at. Breakfest was also very nice. Everything met my expectations and I recommend this hotel to everyone in the area.

Parking lot is a bit small. There could be more carbs in breakfest.

Great room, friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to help with a parking/car issue. Lovely old building, tastefully made into a hotel. I wish we could have tried the food but our relatives would not have forgiven us!

Very clean, pleasant helpful staff. Short walk to Frankenstein Castle and leaning Tower both interesting and worth a visit if in the area with great guides who spoke excellent English.

Zabkowice Slaskie station was quite difficult for transport. Seemed to be a problem with the trains none arrived.

Absolutely beautiful, super clean, spacious, breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. Good location as not too far from town centre

I arrived quite late, but the cook stayed a little longer for me. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the price is good. Then in the morning in daylight, you really notice how beautiful the surroundings are! Thanks for the service!
