I had the most wonderful stay at the palace — a truly stunning place that feels like a hidden gem. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that the owners poured their heart and soul into building and caring for this beautiful space. Every detail feels intentional, from the charming architecture to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The food was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and made with so much love. Each meal felt like something special, and it added so much to the overall experience. What really stood out were the little things: the thoughtfully designed common rooms where you can relax with a book or chat with other guests, the warm lighting, the comfortable furniture, even the small decor touches that show how much care goes into everything here. It’s these details that make a stay feel like more than just a place to sleep — it’s an experience you’ll remember. Highly recommended. I can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Pałac Kamieniec Hotel! It's in a peaceful village, yet close to the main road for easy access to the towns of Kotlina Kłodzka. The interior design is gorgeous, blending historic charm with modern comfort. We loved relaxing outside and in the cozy lounge with tea, coffee, and board games. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, making our stay even better. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served, and the hotel's restaurant was top-notch. Overall, it's a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and exploring the region. We will definitely come back!

This is a beautiful relaxing retreat set around a garden with lovely views of fields and beyond. The house speaks of quality, care and a place that you just love. Our room looked out on to the garden and was spacious and comfortable. The Management and staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was brilliant with a range of choice and quality. We really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to returning when we can for a fourth visit. No, it is not near shops or other amenities (which are a 15/20 minute journey away) but this is a place to unwind and take life a little more slowly whilst enjoying visits to the traditional Spa area around and other places of interest.

The premises of the hotel were breathtakingly beautiful. Everything was decorated to the last detail, creating a wonderful atmosphere. We appreciated the possibility to make some tea and have cookies in the spaces perfectly designed for a afternoon tea.

The surrounding of the hotel is not very interesting, if you want to take some nice trips, you probably need to drive for a bit. But we came just to relax and chill, so it was perfect for our purpose.

- beautifully restored palace - the hotel was very warm - which was important as we were there in November - tasty breakfasts - free parking - sauna, which you book so you can use it individually - great social areas with 24/7 access to coffee, tea and homemade biscuits - good base for exploring the area

I didn't like the toiletries. Perhaps instead of disposable packaging, it would be worth installing shower gel and shampoo dispensers?

lovely quiet setting in the midst of gentle land. The sounds of birds fill the air, lilacs and beautiful spring flowers everywhere. although it’s not super close to a town the restaurant is so good we ate there all three evenings of our stay. The staff is very kind and caring. During our second dinner the staff overheard my friend and I admiring the lilacs and lily of the valley arrangements. Soon enough there they were with a bouquet for each of us. we were very touched by that simple act of kindness.

Every detail of the hotel is infinitely beautiful. Cozy room. Spacious common room where you can drink tea without restrictions. A daily session in a nice sauna is already included in the room price. We were there in December and the whole hotel was in fabulous and stylish Christmas decorations.

The access road to the hotel is bad.

The hotel itself is nice, fresh, cosy, and overall very good. The restaurant was good (not perfect, but very good)

Location. The palace itself is nice. However, it's located in a village and if you're looking for some special location in a palace in the middle of nowhere with a classic palace garden and park around, this place is not exactly what will impress you. Breakfast was just ok. A bit over-priced. Still, it was a nice stay, thanks!

I liked: cleanliness, interior design, breakfast buffet, garden, very friendly accommodating staff and overall quiet atmosphere. Also sauna - available privately was a very good experience.

Nothing. However be aware that full breakfast buffet is only available when hotel occupancy reaches a certain level. Otherwise you're being served one breakfast dish of your choice plus fruits and cake.

Beautiful palace - well restored, very comfortable. Nice surroundings with an opportunity to sit either with a great view on the sofas, under the trees next to the restaurant, or in a veggie garden. Great staff - very helpful both in the hotel and the restaurant.

The only issue were mosquitoes - some 10 were in our room in the evening. As netting is probably difficult - perhaps some of the electric plug repellents could be an option to provide peaceful sleep.
