The staff were very friendly and we had a amazing bonus of being shown the mikvah below the hotel by the owner. The breakfasts had a good range. The garden is amazing and is such a lovely facility in sunny weather - fantastic planting. The hotel was very flexible and allowed us a late check out and also kept our luggage for us. We would definitely stay there again.

We were told at check in to ask if we wanted anything done with our room and didn't realise that meant basic cleaning so in three nights our room wasn't cleaned. Just to be aware that if you want anything done you have to ask and this is different from the UK. A small thing but the towels could do with a refresh as a bit frayed.

Hotel 77 is a cozy small place located right in the middle of Zamosc's old town. It's a great stop along the way from Ukraine to Poland or back, but Zamosc is a place worth visiting all by itself. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff went out of the way to assist us and make us comfortable. The hotel offers free wifi and on-site parking (free at night, paid during the day) and is just a block or two away from Zamosc's Market Square. There is a cozy lounge area inside hotel's courtyard.

Really minor issue, but the room could use a few more places to hang towels.

I received a very warm greeting when I arrived - personal attention has great meaning. It was most incredible to be shown the history that this building holds. It's very important - I suggest you ask to see it! The room was small, cozy, very clean and nicely equipped. My window overlooked the garden and it was very pretty

I suggest to the staff that arrives for work at 6am to be aware that guests are still sleeping and be quiet. There was a small fan in my room, but on very hot days and nights, a better fan or cooling strategy might be necessary.

I really liked this place. The atmosphere, interior design, and little outside area are all done by a person with a taste! Hotel's common area is not big but cozy: there are a few tables for breakfast, and in the kitchen you will find an always smiling hostess, a reception area and an area to rest with extremely comfortable sofas and bookshelves. The room is also very convenient with all the necessary equipment and enough space. The location is perfect to have a walk to the center and around it, but the street by itself is not noisy

I really want to suggest to do some small renovations to furniture and bath equipment, it looks 'tired' :). I feel that on that stage it will not take too much money or energy to fix small issues, and I want that this place remains as it is now or better by that small renovation

The only thing that made the experience less impressive was that during my entire stay the internet did not work. Thus, I blew through my entire data package and was limited in how much I could work. Having said that, since the reception gave me a 20% discount on the room rate, I won't let this affect my star rating (otherwise, I would have given 3 stars, which would have pained me since the hotel was actually quite nice).

Very comfortable hotel, with a fantastically preserved Jewish mikveh, and the owner has truly put his heart into it. Great location, parking under the hotel, comfortable beds and pillows. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Clean and cozy, highly recommended.

There’s really nothing to complain about, the hotel is located in the old town, so it can be a bit noisy, but we were very satisfied.

Nicely decorated. Everything was in a good state of repair. Limited parking spaces are available directly outside, much more parking spaces are available around the corner. These are free all evening and weekend but you must pay between 8am and 6pm

Our room was without A/C (although we knew this at time of booking) however It did come with a fan and opening windows. We should have chosen a more expensive room with A/C.

The secure parking facility ensured that my vehicle was safely stored during my stay, giving me peace of mind. Overall, Hotell77 created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The combination of its historical background, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and convenient amenities made for a delightful stay. Very friendly staff and I loved learning about the mikveh in the basement and getting a tour. The room was tidy, clean, the bed was very comfortable, lots of nice pillows.

The neighbors across the back patio on the second floor were fairly loud and I think even yelling at each other for a while.

The hotel has very convenient location in the old town of Zamość, with many parking spaces on the street and near all interesting places. I slept very well, because it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also offers something really amazing to discover by the history lovers.
