The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good and well served. The hotel was also very quite and calm what allowed us to sleep very well. The room was cleaned everyday and was very clean on the arrival.

The AC was very loud and due to the heat it was difficult to sleep with it on, also the beds weren't very comfortable but this is very specific from person to person. For an 4* hotel the amenities were enexisten and also there are no proper food menu. If you arrive after midnight you need to ring the door and wait for the staff to come what doesn't make much sense to do this all night

Excellent location, and good facilities. The possibility of parking (for a fee). Good breakfast. The bedrooms are spacious and with a ice decoration

We are talking about a 4 Star hotel, so asking the payment upon check-in doesn´t look very good. The staff , even tough nice, should start and end the process when is taking care of a client. A the middle of my check-in process, the clerk interrupted to give information to other clients about something related to the use of the Bar. A small suggestion, treating the costumer by first name, despite using Sir, isn't the best approach, specially if is not a young gentleman.

The breakfast was excellent. Instead of a buffet, we had all of the choices one might find in a buffet placed on our table wrapped for protection. We could request anything extra. Eggs and Bacon were made to order. It exceeded our expectations.

The hallways are very dim during the daytime. Other than that there wasn't anything we didn't like, however it was more of a 3 star hotel not a 4 as rated. That being said, it was perfect for our purpose, we were not seeking a resort style hotel.

Reception was great upon arrival. Breakfast was great and so was the service provided by the gentleman that served us on the first 2 mornings of our stay. The breakfast service on the 3rd morning wasnt as efficient but was still good.

They could have supplied better quality toilet paper and bigger rolls. The rolls they supply are far too small and finish in no time and therefore insufficient roles are provided.

The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Tourist Info, bus station, grocery store and the awesome and inexpensive charcoal cooked roast chicken shop and the interesting museums just 10 minutes or less away. Rossio was an excellent base of operations to see Portalegre, Castelo da Vide and Estremoz. The breakfast was great- bacon and eggs, cheese and cold cuts and baked goods. And the balcony with a view to the old city was great too. Portalegre is a gem- not heavily touristed so guests are treated very well.

The Rossio Hotel is very near to the highlights in Portalegre. It has a nice boutique design and they are very conscious of energy and food waste. The room was very nice, breakfast was great. The people at the reception were friendly and helpful.

It is a bit complicated to park, but it's great that the hotel has parking in a difficult location

Clean and friendly professional members of staff.

The air-conditioning started to make a loud noise in the night from about 2.30 in the morning and this woke me up and kept me awake, so I did not have a good night of sleep which would stop me from staying or recommending. This is a shame as we really liked the hotel and the people.

Nothing to say. It could be cheaper given it’s a very small town. But nothing bad to say about it. It’s was a great surprise

Well located, close to downtown. Spacious room although it starts to show its use. The only bug was to constantly have to reconnect to Wi-Fi due to being unstable.

Parking advised by Booking.com is 5.50€ but when we showed it was 7.00€. Not a deal breaker but the hotel should inform booking.com to ensure accuracy in pricing.

The customer service was great. The staff was really friendly at the reception and also at the breakfast. Special thanks to the lady at the reception for being very helpful.
