Reception entrance was a bit unclear Breakfast was very limited, bread was not fresh, no vegetables Personnel could be more friendly Room pass was blocked on the morning before check-out ... had to re-activate it at the reception Lots of dust and dirt under the bed and under the desk

Loved the location.... literally right on the camino path. The staff was super kind and helpful. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was pretty quiet once the church bells stopped ringing. The view I had was fantastic, too!

Although it saud breakfast was included, it seemed like there wasn't enough available. There were 3 or 4 things with tags that were empty and no refills available. I still had enough to make a ham and cheese sandwich, so it was okay - just not what I expected.

A room with a view. Well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nicely equipped bathroom. I enjoyed staying here. Breakfast served on another floor was self serve and once I had gotten the hang of the coffee machine was an enjoyable experience. I enjoyed my stay here.

This is not really a minus but you have just to get your head around that this hotel is located on different levels of a multi storey block. But I enjoyed the view from my balcony on level 7? And my breakfast on level 3. No issues really.

The room was spacious, the bed was huge. The shower was hot the cleaning and breakfast ladies are very polite. WiFi worked. Great view from the 6th floor and a working elevator. A dated hotel but great value for the price.

My car is 28 years old and really had trouble with the last ramp of the underground car park. It s super slippery and she started to slide back down while in 1st great. I had to really over rev in 1st to get it out.

Old hotel with old equipment but everything was working and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good quality towels. Soundproofing was good. Free parking in the hotel basement. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not pay extra for our child sharing a room with us.

The breakfast was very basic, which was fine however a variety of rather more fresh fruit would have been nice instead of tinned fruit.

The location is superb! The view from the room is amazing, it’s the very centre of the city. The stuff was extremely helpful. The breakfast is rich in choice.

Although we generally enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this place, some things need changing and quickly: 1) the bath tub is dangerous. It is painted with some kind of paint which makes it very slippery. I almost fell. 2) the room we stayed in needs a new carpet or the old one to be thoroughly washed. Huge coffee stains. 3) Same with the curtains, there are holes in them 4) there was some sort of a cockroach in a bath room.

Everything was great nice point around the hotel supermarket is a few steps away. Breakfast was also nice and free parking is good.

Check in you have to get a card to get in the parking garage. It’s an adventure to enter but it’s free and the elevator brings you to your room.

Convinient and friendly staff. English speaking receptionist and she was really helpful and friendly. Parking in hotel garage so convinient . Nice breakfast value for money. Breakfast with wider variety and staff at cafetaria helpful and caring

The rooms are a lot more comfortable and modern than expected and the staff were really nice and helpful. Everything was clean. There is a parking garage you can use after you check-in, which was a great bonus for us.

The breakfast isn’t particularly tasty, so you might be better off going to a nearby bakery.

Fair and competitive price for the facilities. It's an old hotel, but clean and with comfortable beds. The view from the 7th floor was a plus.

A refurbishment will make the facilities more attractive and also better markups for the owners.
