It was one of the best accomodations I will always remember! The hostel was surprisingly big and modern, definitely exceeded my expectations (looked more like a proper hotel) and tge staff was the kindest! Everything was perfectly clean, the decoration was really nice and our room had a beautiful view - we looked right at the tower of Torre de Moncorvo! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very fancy - it did not have a separate door but only a glass as an isolation from the bedroom. Even the toiletteries were high quality! We could have used one more or a bigger trashbin but other than that, everything was perfect! And there was the amazing staff! The receptionist was a young lady who didn't speak perfect English but helped us in every single way! The breakfast was delicious, she prepared us a chocolate cake, with her own recipe! We had a rich and tasty breakfast and when we asked whether we can pack in one or two croissants, she brought us 2 little plastic bags (for the croissants), 2 little juices and one apple per person. Only to prepare us for the road! She and her colleague who was also the cleaning lady were unbelivabely helpful and kind!

The house is modern, very attractively designed and laid out. Our room was light, spacious and very comfortable, with the added extra of the jacuzzi /hydromassage tub. The staff, including Inês the receptionist and the two ladies who prepared and served the excellent breakfast, were all very friendly and welcoming. Although the location was central, parking was easy and convenient.

Well-designed modern hotel. Efficient, functional, attractive. Friendly and welcoming staff. I liked that we could use the kitchen, and the food and drinks therein, all day. Good breakfast. Businesslike. Comfortable. Spacious room. Superb central location in an attractive street and plaza.

Some noise from outside, eg street-cleaning. Parking turned out fine for us, but could have involved a bit of a walk had the town been more busy.

Right in the center of the old town. Easy parking adjacent to the hotel. The welcoming and obliging staff. Breakfast was included.

Probably a little overpriced compared to other hotels in regional Portugal, but acceptable. The check-in procedure, where the reception seemed to be randomly staffed.

Location was nicer than we expected. Very clean. We had two rooms, a single and a double. The double was very spacious with a top balcony overlooking the beginning of the historic promenade. Nice room. The single was not as nice. A bit small, a lot of noise from barking dogs and roosters. So one great, one not so great but the cleanliness was very good. Really nice staff!

Friendly, nice room, calm. A great breakfast served as a friendliness that is rare. Really have the feeling to be welcomed in a family. A superb experience.
