Good location, nice personnel, especially on breakfast. We use this hotel every year as a rest stop on a way to our vacation.

There was a mishap with our booked room, however it was professionally handled by the receptionist. What wasn’t really ok, that the room we got was near the entrance and there were really noisy people coming down the hall during night so we did not get enough sleep, what is not very safe when you have a full day of driving ahead of you. We choose this hotel to have a relaxed night and to rest ourselves and not to listen to some drunks.

The Hotel is a very comfortable and has a high standard.

I think since the transition from Kempinski to Hilton, there is a noticeable difference in the staff training, and the finer details were not up to the previous attention to detail, on small points such as a stirrer being offered with a cocktail in the bar and other presentational issues, and a little confusion at the check-in process although it was handled with professionalism.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff are welcoming and helpful, pretty good English, excellent indoor and outdoor pools. Magnificent views and pond, private and quite.

Booked a massage, was very unprofessional.. Very short and they said they don't have time for a couple but apparently their therapist is also working on front desk and he booked me when finished for 06:00 until 06:40 than went home. Was very much disappointing especially since everything else was pretty awesome.

Very quite and cozy rooms - spread out quite a bit but that makes a lot of rooms have a nice view on the park (that's what I'd ask for) - pretty green! Staff is very friendly and welcoming, the restaurant excellent. The bar food offers the usual (club sandwich - very large, comes with fries!) but also some rather unusual choices (French if I recall correctly).

Not much really, if you have difficulty walking this might not be for you as the rooms are really spread out. In that case ask for a room close to the main part of the hotel.

This hotel is just beautiful! Excellent service from staff all round! What we loved the most was the decor, ambiance and elegance of hotel. Spa is everything! We got complementary tea and scones, we have not found any other place in Frankfurt that makes these! Our stay was beautiful. Only disappointment was the room, the carpet was stained and the quality of bath robe/gown is quite poor considering how elegant this hotel is. If these too things are changed, I would change my rating to 10/10

the prices at the restaurant. we paid almost 100 euros for lunch. they charged us 50 euros for early booking without informing us first. the minibar was said to be free but it was completely empty and never filled with new items. the hygienic items in the bathroom were empty and not replaced. our room wasn’t cleaned the whole day. we asked for a packed breakfast since we checked out at 03:30 am and paid for it but didn’t even get answer when asked regarding that option.

Prices for parking, food very high as nowhere else to be reached on foot. We had a room far away from spa, reception, which resulted in long walks.Maybe checking mobility of guests when allocating rooms.

The hotel is gorgeous with an amazing spa which had everything. Room was great size and staff made sure our dog was comfortable with extra amenities for him. Restaurant serves great food and there is an newly equipped gym which was a pleasure to use.

Air con did not function properly which made it hard to sleep as it was too hot

Brilliant hotel close to Frankfurt city but still in a quiet, green area. Excellent spa with indoor and outdoor pool, a great bar for drinks and cocktails and a fantastic breakfast.

The rooms are starting to be in need of a facelift

I was very happy with the reception, the hospitality helped me solve the renewal problem and used the membership deduction. Thank you very much for the tall man, the name Metro(I don't know if the name is written correctly) and his colleagues who wear glasses, and also thank the leader, who made me feel very warm

On the second day of check-in, there was no replenishment of the minibar, no shower gel, no shampoo
