About the hotel itself, I have no complaints.

Advance prepayment (possible foreseeable charges) without my permission and without giving my PIN is not my liking. It is a demonstration of mistrust. The hotel should inform in their homepage that it is a family-friendly location so that elder clients should not come. I was disappointed seeing a crying baby at the restaurant among all adults. At the indoor pool near the naked area, there was a child shouting and singing. It is annoying to see that knowing that this hotel is mainly used for meeting participants, conference attendees, and holiday seekers. Babies and children under the ages of 15 should not be allowed in the facilities since all other customers feel badly and each of us pay a lot for some quietness and relief and relaxation and not for distress.

The breakfast is very good. Restaurant employees for breakfast and dinner are kind and professional, the external pool and spa area are very good, the room was big and view of the vineyards is good (although Krems is not and nice as the smaller town around Wachau)

For the price they lack main topics… their cleaning of the rooms is very basic compared with any hotel as this one. What was absolutely absurd is that I left my wife with small baby and they needed to checkout before I came back. The hotel does not have nobody to help with luggage (they said “not even for elderly people…)…

The room was very comfortable and the beautiful balcony with a vineyard view and luxurious bathroom was well worth the upgrade. Great amenities, delicious breakfast, very easy parking and walking distance to the river and the town of Krems.

The indoor pool area was quite busy, even later in the evening. The weather wasn't ideal so maybe it would have been less crowded on a sunny day with more guests using the outdoor area. Also considering that the hotel is located in the wine country, wine glasses in the rooms and a corkscrew would have been a nice touch.

Breakfast was exceptionally good, just about everything you could choose was available on offer. Large selection of different prepared eggs, Müslis, fruit, cheeses, breads and Danish pastries etc. huge selection of Teas, juices and coffees. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna were all clean, good size and worked well, unfortunately it was too early in the season to swim outside (April) but the resting area, views into the Wine gardens and into Krems were amazing! Clean towels and refreshments freely available. Excellent location close to the old town, great staff at the bar to mix cocktails, drink a beer or taste local wines! We were also able to store and charge-up our eBikes overnight in the garage which opens directly into the lobby area and is really convenient.

Our room was a standard suite beneath the sloping roof which wasn't a problem for us, however anybody larger than 170cm would have had problems getting in the shower :) otherwise the room was very quiet with a great view, mini-balcony and decent size, with comfortable bed and pillows. So nothing really to complain about.

We came for the Christmas markets & were not disappointed! Nicely appointed room w/terrace & view towards vineyard. Peaceful area on the edge of town. Comfortable beds. Bathrobe & slippers provided. Walking distance (partly downhill) into Krems Old Town. Great location for also touring, for example, the Gottweig Monastery, Durnstein & Melk. Breakfast was very plentiful w/choice of eggs to order. Good coffee at breakfast. Parking just in front of the hotel, though filled up quickly by evening (there is a paid garage). Overall, a fantastic & relaxing stay!

Only ate in the hotel's restaurant once for lunch & the coffee wasn't as good as at breakfast. Also, (and this is not the fault of hotel but the company running the adjoining spa) ... we were disappointed that no massages were offered on the weekend. Also, don't understand why the gas fireplace can't be lit in the evening in the relaxation room at the spa.

The pool and wellness was wonderful along with a very comfortable room.

The pool bar had a very limited selection and the service was disappointing. We had requested to stay close to a friend, but instead she was upgraded to a worse room in a completely different part of the hotel. This made our stay less comfortable. At breakfast, there was no gluten-free bread readily available; it was only provided upon request, and sometimes it took up to 15 minutes to receive it.

A very nice place with many facilities such as pools, a spa, and relaxation rooms. It's a little up on the hill, so having a car is better if you want to travel around. The breakfast is very good, and the tables on the balcony offer a wonderful view of the vineyards and the city in the valley. We took a larger room with a balcony that was very nice. The bathroom is big, the bed is comfortable, there is an espresso machine and a free mini-bar with assorted drinks (sodas and beers).

Minor issues: The air-conditioning system is confusing to set up, occasionally making it too cold. A kettle would also be a welcome addition.

Nice property. Rooms are clean and modern. Pools inside and outside are nice size. Love the outdoor jacuzzi with a beautiful view over the surrounding vineyards. Staff is very nice. Bar is well managed by Jan who a great guy. Spa area and fitness room are all very nice. It’s the best place in town in my opinion. I travel to Krems for work a lot and have tried other places but keep returning here.

The restaurant serves good food but it’s a little pricey and the selection at the bar is limited. The location is nice but it’s a 30min walk to downtown and there is a climb up a hill to get to the hotel. The hotel grew organically over time so its layout is confusing. Signs would help. The bar area is nice but it’s open in the lobby, could be more cosy. How about some music?

The staff were extremely welcome and very helpfull, also liked the spa relaxation area which was very big. The breakfast was rich and everything was tasty

The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the center, espacially coming back to the town, in the spa there is limited space of jacouzy and its busy all the time so i guess they can improve that, also there were missing towels in spa sometimes and some facilities malfunctions

The spa area, pool, outside terrace is wonderful. The rooms are very modern, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very nice as well. It's a lovely hotel with beautiful views and the staff were very friendly.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I think it is slightly odd that they charge for parking a car in their garage. There weren't many options available to park on the road and a lot of space was cordoned off for participants at an event.
