The location was perfect, next to the train station and Mariazell train station. The room was fine, clean, comfortable consistent with a country town inn and the breakfast was good in a nice setting. Unfortunately we were unable to eat in the restaurant because it was booked out on both nights, clearly by many locals, so that suggests strongly that it is considered, by regulars, a really good place for a meal. There was a lift to get us to our floor, something often not found in country town inns.

I arrived on a public holiday so reception closed and I had a text message with checking in instructions. Not ideal. Restaurant closed on public holidays and the weekend so limited in-hotel facilities. Staff were good but not as friendly as the other hotels I stayed in.

The hotel is next to the train station and the shopping area. It is clean and the room is large with a good shower. The staff have been very accommodating and flexible in dealing with problems, which were. not of their making. The breakfast offers a range of choice and the dinner menu in the restaurant is very good.

The bed and pillows were a bit soft.

Easy to reach from the railway station; excellent comfortable, clean and quiet room; excellent buffet breakfast; friendly staff; and good restaurant menu.

The restaurant was closed on the Sunday when I arrived. This is the only reason for not giving the facilities full marks, everything else was excellent.

The location just across from the station was perfect and staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well designed with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet (included in the room price) was very good and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean.

Great location close to the train station. Perfect for a short stay. The room was not big, just for one solo traveller but it was very clean and looked fresh. Good that they have the option to book a room without breakfast.

The breakfast looked very modest. It was the right decision not to take it.

It's a good hotel right in the centre of elegant St Pölten. Everything is within an easy reach, both the main square and the railway station. The staff are very nice. The breakfast is abundant. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked my stay. Thank you!

Hotel at the city centre with a very friendly and good staff, good & rich breakfast, the rooms are fine and the price is fair.

My room was modern, comfy and quiet. The restaurant was more traditional, so was a good mix. The dinner of schnitzel was very tasty. Breakfast was good. Only five minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and easy access by foot to Altstadt.

Bathroom very nice and new but the shower was too small. I took a double room for sole occupancy
