The check-in process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room key before the official check-in time. While the room was a bit small, it was sufficient for two people. We managed to put our luggage, hang clothes, and organise our belongings without much hassle. The breakfast was quite good, offering a nice variety that catered to different tastes.

One drawback was the design of the shower. There was no “door” in the shower area, which led to water spilling onto the bathroom floor after the first person showered. This could pose a slip hazard, especially for older guests.

The cleanliness is absolutely spot on! The staff is really lovely and helpful, the restaurant briliant food and briliant service. Also very good location close to a lot of shops. The bed is so comfortable the only thing that i don't like is the fact that there are 2 single beds together and as a couple it was a bit uncomfortable but very, very comfortable bed pillow and cover. I absolutely loved the covers

Don't forget to put your Do not disturb sign on the door otherwise you will wake up with the cleaner in your room

Very nice for a budget hotel. It has a nice rooftop with some nice views. Plenty of parking space and no parking fee, can't comment on how accessible it is for public transportation. Luckily we can check in earlier than 14.00 and extneded half-day use was 30 Euro extra, not bad at all.

I asked for one big bed when I booked but it turned out to be two beds, hence the gap in the middle which was less than ideal. (All rooms are double beds with separated mattresses.)

- excellent location: great hotel to do a pitstop when driving further e.g. to Italy - lots of parking spaces - nice personnel - nice breakfasts served from early hours - comfy beds

- bad design of the shower area - after first shower the whole bathroom floor was wet and could be hazardous because of its slippery - breakfasts could be more diverse (more warm options) with plant milks also easier available

I will give a 10. Nice, very clean, good breakfast (11 euro/person), free parking surveillance video, really nice personal staff. At reception were open till 00:00, so if you arrive late in the evening is a plus. Also you can serve dinner till 22:00. Breakfast was from 06:30-10:30. Free good wi-fi. The elevator is opening in the parking also. Fast response on booking messages. The hotel is 3km away from highway. Close to the hotel is a gas station ⛽️. Definitely we will make stops here in the future. Thanks 😊

My husband and I are in transit a lot through Germany and we have a hard time finding hotels with 24h reception desks. The reception desk machine here is incredibly easy to use and we are greatful for the option. The parking lot was big and we were presently surprised to realise we can see our car from our room window. The room was very quite, shower had great pressure, the pillows were some of the best i ever slept on. Breakfast had a lot of options, i expecially loved the fruit bar, and very good coffee. We will definitely come back.

Very clean and not noisy. Parking with enough places and cameras visible (hope were working as well :) ).

We've arrived at midnight and had to register at the Automated machine. Would have been good some details to have already been filled-in due to booking online. Maybe not possible due to confidentiality? Anyhow, was a wuick process (the personal data recording), so was ok.

It was clean and breakfast was ok. The room was good as well.

The check-out at 10.00 is TOO EARLY. The place is next to a highway, people as me drive and select this place to sleep and rest enough to continue the journey. Since I did not have enough time to sleep due to having unexpected complications during the trip and late arrival, I will look for the other place next time. CHECK OUT IS TOO EARLY (12.00 would be perfect). Otherwise, all other things are good.

This is our 4th year staying at this hotel. Very clean and comfy beds. Breakfast is good and served on their rooftop restaurant and we really enjoy the terrace there. Check in possible to do at the automat out front and it's very handy as we always arrive late. Nice and helpfull staff. We will keep comming back

Due to massive delayed on motorway on a way to the hotel we came later that we scheduled to and receptionist proceeded our accommodation paperwork of his overtime. He should finish his shift at 10pm and was ready to leave but he has no problem at all to help us as we came in to the hotel after 10pm. He was very friendly and kind. He is the best example for all your future employees. We have been impressed as well by the service on your terrace - restaurant. All staff spoken English which was absolutely appreciated by us as we speak German just really little bit.

We loved absolutely everything....
