Great location and decent size room (I had a business double). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast must have been okay since I sat there and snacked for 1.5 hours every morning. I think the value for money was very good with breakfast included. There is a bus stop about a 3 minutes away and after figuring out bus system this was very helpful to get around town at a good price. Some very good restaurants nearby in the main part of town.

Bar wasn’t open for the 4 days I was there. Front desk staff were pleasant in getting drinks though.

I was impressed with Melissa's diligence in resolving a difficult to process refund. The hotel charged me an extra night, perhaps due to a communication issue with the hotel after I reduced the length of my stay by one night on Booking.com.

The shower hot water didn't work on a couple of mornings, I suspect that's an unusual occurrence. On the plus side, they handled it well and I was given a 10% refund.

I stayed at thsi hotel with a friend visiting his family in Sankt Poelten. I was highly impressed and surprised by the service we received at the front desk. Specifically I would like to commend Adrian. He went way beyond any of my expectations of a front desk employee; he did everything he could to make our check in (and wait for our room) one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. He even opened the bar for us (the hotel was without a bartender) and additionally served us a much needed beverage. His personality was perfect for a first class hotel in welcoming his visitors - he could have been the hotel owner based on his outstanding service. During our entire stay, he was really an asset to your hotel, and he, almost on his own would induce us to return to this hotel !! I highly recommend that any visitors ask for Adrian and send the best regards from Gerhard from the U.S.

Everything was perfect and I have stayed in many, many top hotels worldwide.

The location of the hotel is very nice, a few steps from the center and from the main roads, so we found it very convenient to stop by for a night while on a longer trip. The breakfast is basic, but sufficient. The hotel offers underground garage for their guests. Our room has air conditioning but it was working like ON and OFF, nothing in between so we could set the desired temperature up. The bar in the lobby was closed. The personnel speaks English. Free baby cradle.

I did not like that the staff at the restaurant was cleaning the plates at our table: the waitress did take our dishes to the kitchen to get rid off the food remainings, she was sweeping off the food from one plate to anoter at our table while we were still eating!

The room was clean and well-maintained, the toilet was clean and fully equipped. Breakfast has a large selection and freshly made items. The location of the property is just outside the pedestrian city center, and in a few minutes, you can reach the train station by walking

Excellent breakfast, very good wi-fi, 7 or 8 minutes pleasant walk in pedestrian area to the station, good shower, perfectly comfortable room.

Not particularly deluxe but then not a particularly deluxe price.

I reserved for 5 nights, but I had to leave after the 4th night and was charged full price for the fifth night. this is exaggerated. Nixt time I may make my reservations at another hotel ? That is the only point that I didn't like

The location was great, close to the center.

Most of the staff were not very welcoming. They neither greet nor smile.

Friendly service, pretty clean, usable mini-fridge, good location - very central, good breakfast, WIFI, comfortable beds, good shower/bath, good taxi-service. Would recommend!
