We booked this hotel because we were attending an event nearby - at Espaço Barra Funda - and were happy with our choice. It allowed me and my family to get to the hotel at different times very conveniently. The staff was super friendly and help us get more blankets, for instance. The breakfast had a good variety of choices but had to be paid separately.

The rooms were ok. I found my bed not very comfortable. The mattress had had better days but for one night was acceptable. The room was not good isolated and I could hear all conversations happening outside. My parents' room did not have enough light for an elderly couple but that is probably not the target group for this hotel.

Breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly, it was quiet.

The room's bathroom looked old, however it was well taken care of. Also, the TV in the room didn't have cable channels and you couldn't use Netflix, so you were stuck with telemarketing channels and pretty much nothing else.

Ibis experience usual to all ibis hotels. Spaceous and comfy rooms. Great breakfast, you can even self-make some fresh juice.

personnel does not speak english, which is quite odd.

I like this hotel for many reasons: Good value for money, location, cleanliness and, mainly, the amazing receptionist team. They are always kind and very helpfull. 👏👏👏

The pizza was nice

I could have sworn we had a free breakfast, But I guess we didn't. We only found out after the fact and got charged for it. We ended up eating only a few pieces of fruit each and it was still 35 Reis a person. Not really much to choose from if you're a vegetarian. And not that big of a selection other than some tasteless fruit and some sugar bread. If we ate meat it probably would have been a better value ,but in our case, it was way too expensive for a few pieces of fruit.

Assistance manager was ruthless unsuportable and unflexible ,she don't desire to be a manager , not even Receptionist, staff was excellent leaving one or two,housekeeping was good but bathroom was without soap for two days

At breakfast, they have a smoothie-making machine, so you can mix your own breakfast juice. I had an orange-carrot-ginger mix, very delicious!

Wi-fi was not always steady.
