We were traveling with our small dog and it was the first pet-designated room we’ve had that didn’t stink like dirty animals. It was great! The patio doors were perfect for taking the dog out without having to walk through the hotel. The green space was right there, and we had two lawn chairs outside to sit on! We are a family of 4 and it’s also the first hotel we’ve stayed in that had enough towels for all of us. Yes - it’s older and maybe in need of some TLC but it was clean, comfortable, friendly and cheap!

No complaints

The bed was super comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovely! One staff member in particular (the one who checked us in) chatted with us over breakfast and made the stay incredibly welcoming. The hotel's location is great and the price through booking.com was perfectly reasonable (the price through the hotel's website was over $30 more after taxes and fees!). The hotel had unreasonably great hair products and soap as well. Truly a top notch experience!

The room was clean enough for my liking, but I can see where some folks might've found it less than ideal, for example there were a few unpopped popcorn kernels on the floor when we walked into the room, and some elements (like the tub) seemed a little dingy. Other than that, I guess it would have been nice to see a bit more fruit at breakfast (there was one really bruised banana and one orange), but if your only complaint is breakfast you're doing pretty well.

The front desk Customer Service was very approachable, friendly and professional. The room was quiet, when you are traveling a distance I believe that it what most people. really need. The bed was comfortable..

We weren't sure how to operate the heat in the room. There was no directions on how to use the heater.. We did try, however, we had to call the front desk for a blanket. On the TV couldn't find the guide, took a while to find something we both liked. Also, we found a Kraft dinner cheese package beside the refrigerator.

Room was clean and the bed very comfy. Happy to finally get a pillow that wasn't so big it gave me a sore neck! (There were multiple pillows if you wanted to choose a bigger one). Appeciate the move away from the small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Room was equipped with a fridge and freezer which was great as we usually bring food on the road and need the ice packs frozen. People were very friendly, including the girl cleaning the kitchen. Air conditioning worked good. Breakfast was good for us. Potatoes were good and very happy the butter was taken out of the fridge ahead of time so you could spread it. (Past visits to Comfort Inns did not). Coffee was good. We didn't have the eggs or sausage. (We don't eat eggs when on the road). There was a good variety of options available. Welcome cookie is a nice touch! We got this room at a great price and booked on the day of our stay.

I would have liked a plug on a wall close to the full length mirror. I like to be able to dry and straighten my hair outside of the bathroom so the bathroom is free. Not a big deal though. However I really don't know where I would plug in the iron other than the plugs on the lamps. I was actually going to use it but couldn't find a suitable plug. There was not a body wash bottle on the wall as there has been in other Comfort Inns. Would have liked the sausages to be cooked more, they needed to be more browned. We didn't try them.

I can’t say enough about our stay at this location. It is one of the best we have stayed. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Sure, it could stand to be updated a bit but for the price, there was nothing to complain about. We were very thankful to have a hot, tasty breakfast before a long journey. I wish that all Comfort Inns were as well run as this one.

The staff was excellent, received help from the staff on where to eat. The room was spotless and beds great. The breakfast supplied in the morning was awesome with a variety of food available

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was really great

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that the hot breakfast was available, when the website said it might not be due to covid restrictions. We were very pleasantly greeted when we arrived and the receptionist saw that I had some mobility issues and immediately suggested a more appropriate room, I really appreciated her consideration for my comfort.

The tub was a bit claustrophobic - it seemed smaller than most tubs and no grab bars which would have made me feel more secure balance wise. (I had emailed the hotel with that request, but apparently that message hadn't gotten through)

This is our go-to hotel, when traveling out west.The staff are very welcoming. The beds are so comfortable, we always have a great sleep. The hot breakfast is excellent, and coffee is on 24/7. Check-in, check out, was fast.

The breakfast room is too small for the number of people staying there.

The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Upon arrival, we had some trouble getting the air conditioning to work. The woman at the desk came to assist (basically unplugging it and plugging it in) and got it going for us again. She was very friendly and helpful.

It was ok .no gluten free items available There was fruit but it was not ready yet green bananas Staff were very helpful and pleasant

Room was clean but there was no place to sit for 2 people There was a large open space available for a couch or table and 2 chairs
