Clean room...

The price! I paid $ 236 just for one night! I think that's overrated!!! Plus breakfast, lunch or dinner were not included in the price!!! So I had to walk 1 mile, in order to get decent food for a reasonable price! Prices for the Hyatt restaurant are exaggerated & way too expensive!!! Hyatt Regency take advantage of people who need to stay close to the airport, so they don't miss their flights. These prices are way out of line!!!

Modern and chill room deco, the bed is thick and comfortable. Super easy to get to from airport terminals, pleasant staff, I like those cocktails at lobby restaurant. Good water pressure of shower. It's a refreshing stay.

A bit pricy, that's all really and nothing much.

My room service dinner arrived in a bag, cold. Like, not even room temperature, but cold. Bummer. I was tired and hungry and was really disappointed. Especially because everything else was great.

This room was at the level you would expect for the Hyatt Regency. Bed was really comfortable and room was nicely decorated. I had a great view of the airport, but very little noise due to the double windows which was great. It was very easy to have an undisturbed sleep. It was also fun to watch all the planes take off. There was a free shuttle every 20 min to the airport (pick up and drop off) and it runs 24 hours. I was able to get some almond milk for my tea at the Starbucks downstairs (extra cost). It was a great stay for 1 night to get my international flight the next day.

Expensive for such a short stay. I was barely there 12 hours. The hot water on the water refill station wasn't working on level 12. Would have loved a cup of tea.

The location and shuttle bus were fantastic. The room was good and all the staff we dealt with were excellent

The food offerings were very limited. We had dinner in the ‘restaurant’ which was really just an area of the foyer. The food was very below par. We were very disappointed as we’d planned a special meal for our final night in the US. There was no comfortable lounge / bar area at all.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency as we were flying into L.A. at night, and had an early morning flight the next day. The location is perfect if you want an easy transition between flights, and do not want to spend lots of extra time driving into L.A. While we did not get to enjoy any of the hotel amenities due to our flight times, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location if you have a connecting flight, in our case the following evening at 10:30pm. Although our view was of the planes taking off and landing, we could not hear any noise, a common problem with airport hotels.

There isn't much in the area where it is located, which is to be expected. There are eating facilities in the hotel, and a couple of alternatives a few minutes walk away.

Kindness of the concierges. Very helpful and patient. Thank you Roberto ! Bottled water was available at the front desk. They provided a kettle upon request. Very quiet despite the vicinity to the airport. Private parking available right across the back entrance.

The hotel is the closest to the airport with a free shuttle that runs regularly. The check in was fast and my room was quiet despite it’s proximity to the airport…and very clean. Just there for an overnight to get an early plane. Shuttle got me there on time despite a lot of LAX traffic. All I wanted.

You can walk from the airport ! This sounds crazy but traffic is often awful and it’s easy enough to walk even with a trolley - leave it there! Bus is good if you can find it - easy to get from hotel airport . Staff friendly helpful and welcoming . Lovely young man working in the coffee shop so helpful . Bar and food are good - open late hours too !

It’s not cheap. But it’s very convenient.
