Location, comfortable bed

The lady at the reception when I checked in gave me a key to a room which has been occupied and not cleaned yet (see photos). I went downstairs to inform her, she just brushed me off and DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISED! She just handed me a key to an alternative room where the bathroom sink tap is not working. I was too tired as I checked in late in the evening so I decided to just let them know in the morning the issue however I was not offered to move to an alternative room. Therefore during the 5 nights stay, I had to make do using the bath tap to access water supply.

The rooms were very comfortable and individually air conditioned. As some have mentioned, the furniture is a little dated but not to the extent that the rooms aren't comfortable and clean. It was quiet at night despite being on the side with a road. Staff were friendly and efficient. The attached restaurant, Koreatown Pizza, is also a must try!

The room was quite humid, such that even books left out got a little wrinkly from how humid it was and towels didn't dry completely. But, there was full service housekeeping each day we were there, so the towels were always replaced by the evening. Additionally, the TV doesn't actually work because it cannot connect to the Ramada WiFi. This wasn't a big problem for us, but something to be aware of.

basic hotel in a good location to explore the main hot spots of LA. 15-20min drive to the hollywood boulevard; 40min to dodgers stadium, 45-50min to Venice beach. Free parking at the hotel. supermarket 5 min walk away

the hotel is very basic and also does not offer breakfast. There are a couple of breakfast option in the vicinity

As a first time solo traveller to the United States, it was a great hotel to stay at in LA. It was very close to the metro station (Wilshire/Western Station), nearby grocery stores (Ralphs and HMart) and a lot of restaurants around. But what I really love is that they tidy up my room every day and the staff were friendly. And the room itself was really spacious.

I hope they provide room/hotel slippers.

Fantastic location if you’re planning to use public transport, right next to a metro station and plenty of buses. Big supermarket around the corner, mcdonalds, shake shack and a lovely bakery also steps away. Room is big and comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, powerful shower. Good internet too. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, they did a phenomenal job, our room was spotless clean every day. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

The room was a very good size and incredibly comfortable. I am a very light sleeper, but had no trouble at all drifting off in the bed. There is 24 hour reception and there is a small shop, also 24 hours, to buy basics.

The area initially struck us as being quite dodgy, but it turned out to be OK. There was a strange couple a few doors along whose door was open at all hours. We were worried there was some funny business, but nothing happened.

The location was very central to everything you need to get to in the LA area. I LOVED the shower. Everything was clean and comfortable and they changed linens and toiletries daily which was nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing

Having to hook the wifi up to my phone every time I wanted to use the tv was less than desirable.

Room are spacious and clean. Service is quick to respond when needed. There is available gated parking space but be sure to ask for a parking pass to access it. There is a nearby train station and restaurants for those looking to get somewhere by foot.

I would recommend taking a smaller car. The parking lot isn't huge, so space will be tight if you take a truck or SUV. Depending on what room you get, you could get a quiet space or one with traffic/activity happening outside. Otherwise, it is very comfortable.

The location was 2 blocks from our event, the room was spacious and attractive, and the free parking was easily accessible and very convenient. Restaurants and metro station are close, WiFi is easy, and my husband loved the relaxing color and the windows.

Although the room was attractive & comfortable, the electrical wiring was not quite up to par with other features. There are no built-in chargers and less electrical outlets than we needed. Also, a loud bathroom fan is ON whenever the light is. We do hope and intend to stay here again, but next time we'll bring along an extension cord to accommodate all the chargers that we need.

It is very close to the Wiltern which is why I chose it. Just a quick walk to various stores and shops, it is a convenient location. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel, which stays open late!

Backing out of the parking can be a bit difficult if space runs out on the upper floor, I suggest just going to the basement right away.
