I *LOVED* the wall of windows in my room! So gorgeous! It was nice to have the view in the morning. I liked that you touched a button and the curtains lifted. I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and soap. I loved the little coffee shop and lounge in the lobby. Also, the outdoor seating. I never made it to the restaurant or pool.

I felt the mattress or sheets was not quality. The mattress was not terrible, and better quality sheets could detract from that. There were some cosmetic things like the curtain did not rise evenly or there was terrible lighting for make-up in the bathroom. However, none of these issues would cause me to not return. It was a fabulous experience.

I like the location of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, the checkout time, the unique warehouse aesthetic, and the size and comfort of the king bed.

I didn’t like the price of the hotel for a one night stay, the $75 early check in fee (especially since there were rooms available), and the cheap shower curtain that was far too easy to get wet which made a mess on the bathroom floor.

I have stayed in the Line before so I enjoy the location and the service. A great gym with Technogym machines and water machines to refill on much needed water. They were kind enough to combine my two bookings into one and allowed me to check in early as I arrived on a very early long haul flight.

My room had some issues with the curtain controls as they were affixed to the bed. They were inconsistent in their function and at one point when I was trying to catch up on sleep, it suddenly rose without warning, waking me up. I had to wake very early that morning so my sleep was interrupted. Also for some reason my room had some humidity...

View was great, generally liked my room. Location was neither great nor awful but is right on the metro. Good, strong shower. Decent coffee downstairs. Really it was all about the view and being able to watch the changing light from bed though, loved every second of that.

The 'fridge' is just a mini bar (with no price list I could see) so no real room for your own stuff. The place is a weird mix of great and a bit cheap / slightly problematic e.g. a slight issue with the lock on my door (secure, so only reported when I left - it should have been apparent though as the plate wasn't flush to the door as there was a screw missing), the desk and closet are rather cheap looking and not enduring particularly well. Shower drain sounded like I was going to be sucked into an abyss. The corridors could be nicer. No real room for your luggage, with two people it would be tight.

This property was an excellently located place within the city, but also very close to freeway highways and anything you needed to get to other either tourist attractions, or hometown feels. I was very grateful and pleased with everything. This hotel had to offer, including its food and drink amenities, gym and pool.

Although everything was great and excellent regarding the service and amenities offered, and especially the location. I do wish something could be done about the high prices for parking. The only upside to the expensive parking fee is that it’s a valet and they are at your service 24 hours, whether it is 3 PM or 3 A.M, the staff & crew are very efficient but either your vehicle needs or personal needs.

I stay here on the regular and for a reason: location, great food, comfortable rooms, no nosy personnel or too much 'in your space' to take of care of you. The pool is exactly what it needs to be. It's located in the middle of town (Koreatown), so good if you need to be in Downtown, Mid City, Hollywood or Santa Monica for meetings.

It's not a luxury destination but that's also not the expectation. The rooms are a bit basic and there's not a lot of closet space. But again, only if really looking for cons.

The hotel is fun, great environment and it's close to many venues.

The bed was hard, not comfortable at all. They really need to upgrade their mattresses. The bartenders at the little bar inside were horrible. My husband and I sat down at the bar for 7 minutes before either one of them asked us if we wanted a drink. The bar wasn't even busy. I timed it, I wanted to see how long it took before they even acknowledged us. We were never asked if we'd like another drink after we finished our drinks. We had to call one of them over. Again, the bar wasn't busy! They had time to stand around and chat. It was just such a disappointment. I guess they didn't want our money.

Love that it is accessible, close to most places I needed to go. Room is clean, and view of mountains from afar brings out the picturesque charm of Los Angeles. Lobby traffic is really busy especially on the weekends. Liked lounging by the pool- it is very relaxing and in close proximity to their restaurant. Not working well- the electrical control for the privacy shades - you have to play with it to get it to work!

When I had an issue with my room it was dealt with swiftly and they were happy to move me to another room and give me a free upgrade. My new room was perfect. This was my third time staying here and the staff are always helpful, the location is great and I love the Alfred coffee in the reception and also the cine-still vending machine!

The room I was initially in had a really strong smell of food coming through the air vents in the room and in the shower, it made all my clothes and hair smell like BBQ and even the water seemed to be infused with it.

Location was great, really enjoyed the brunch and the staff were exceptionally friendly, my only negative was that the beds were a little uncomfortable and we were unable to control the temperature in the room properly. The outdoor temps were cooler during our stay and we turned on the heat in the room but it never really warmed up. Other than that it was a nice relaxing time.

Beds were not that comfy, it wasn't a horrible sleep but not as comfy as I would have liked.
