The room was much larger than I expected. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of light. I would stay here again for sure. I was especially surprised by the small kitchenette. Just a sink and counter and cupboard space, but it was a nice feature you don't see a lot of anymore.

I travel with my cats a lot (not this time and usually not when traveling for work). When I was asked about any pets with me, I was excited because pet-friendly accommodations are hard to come by, but when I confirmed they were in-fact pet-friendly, they said dogs only. Which is not pet-friendly, it is a dog friendly property. It's a small difference, but it's still a difference that others who travel with furry and feathered friends should be aware of.

The prices are always the lowest and the rooms actually look like what you see in the pictures. I stay here often and Hotel Le Reve is always my first choice.

The only downside is that there isn't someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. From 12am to 9am the front desk is closed so you can't check in during that time or if you get locked out of your room or lose your room key during those hours you are out of luck and are sleeping outside

The reception desk were very professional and friendly. The were very informative and gave me a little bit of additional time for checking out as I woke up exactly at check out time. I also accidentally forgot my jacket in the room I stayed in and they were able to locate it within minutes and held it for me for a couple of days so that I was able to retrieve it. I am definitely going to stay at this location again if there is ever a need.

Great location, easy to find, the property wasn’t busy, so I had no neighbors above, below, or next door to me. They accepted my cat even although they don’t take cats. However, I did pay a large deposit for him, even although my cat is my emotional support animal. Rooms were relatively large. Lots of parking.

That the woman at the front desk said that they don’t accept cats, only dogs when my cat is a legal emotional support animal who comes with legal documentation. I was extremely exhausted the day I checked in, and the last thing I wanted to hear was this woman complaining about a cat. She asked the manager who authorized my cat, paid a large deposit and she kept on telling me that I’ll lose the money if he pee’s on anything. My cat Ruger has been on the road with me for a year, and not once has he let me down. He is honestly the best cat ever. The bathroom was in need of repair. Had to go down and ask for extra toilet paper.

The Suite is awesome, it has a large living room and dining area, with a separate bedroom and a HUGE bathroom with a bathtub that fits 2 person, and a large shower that fits more than one, we found this place to be a perfect romantic gettaway on a budget. I will be booking this place again, as it was comfortable and a great value! We truly loved our room

The mattress is due for a change, it sinks unevenly and it can be uncomfortable, the water to fill the tube comes from a hole in the ceiling and it sprays the water in all directions, making the walls and floors wet... On top of that, because it's raining down the ceiling, it steams and wets all the walls, doors, mirrors and floors, making the surfaces very slippery, if they could manage that issue, that'd be awesome (and safer)

Would have given a "5" for the staff, but young "don't give a hoot" attitude young lady, checked me in. No "hello" no eye contact. Appeared bored and not happy to be there. By comparison, Rosie answered all of my question before booking, and unfortunately, upon arrival, she'd left and didn't get to meet. Also, another Lady was great upon check out. Kudos to both! Perhaps hiring seasoned, mature staff, that want a job might be considered once this pandemic left over "don't want to work" workforce gets ousted?

Hospitality business can be tough but hiring people that have a "can do attitude", and want to be there, should be considered. It makes the difference between "we want to book again: vs NOT? Not major issues for short stays, but the hot faucet wasn't working, and tile floor in bathroom could've used a liltle moping. It appeared to still have mud from shoes making contact with perhaps slightly wet floor?

At the moment of the check in I had to wait 25 minutes no one at the reception counter the office was locked

The room was spacious and clean, coffee pot and refrigerator. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would recommend this place to my family and friends. Great Value.

No microwave in the room.

. Extremely Satisfied w.... ALL.... aspects of my Stay... Upon chk in....which I was early for, yet unaware iof the time... I rudely interrupted the Lovely young 👩 behind the desk when I thought she had finished w another guest... She very politely n professionally asked me to allow her the time to finish w the previous guest... I waited w pleasure. I had requested the quiet area of the hotel, as I was there to catch up on rest n relax.... This wonderfully accommodating woman.... put me in the most perfect spot n unoccupied part of the hotel... Being Sunday night ..the hotel was not overly busy... I truly relaxed n took nap..after nap . several times.... The shower was great w the overhead dripping head that gives that great rain affect... Had to use it several times as a sauna...lol... Did some basic exercises in the room as well as space did allow it... The Room was Great... The Staff "Jenn"... Was even better... Spoke w her only a few times n bought a couple of drinks...in the lobby... Great customer service that comes from being a Decent, Giving n Polite Society level Person... Been there many times Had a similar experience while there w a Front Desk woman by the name of Karen... Great Staffer... But she's no longer there... Will miss her... I had to leave tooooo Soon n return to the real world Wanted at least one or two similar relaxing evenings and exhilarating wake ups.. Like my Best Monday morning Ever!!! Thanks to who made me disappointed... I had to leave!!!😒

The front desk was very friendly we had a problem with the cable TV & it was taken care of immediately.

No iron & no microwave.
