I liked that the rooms were nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the mountains from our windows was fantastic to see every morning. The staff was very kind and as accommodating as possible, even helping us with a free toothbrush as one of us had forgotten one. We received a free cookie at check-in, which paired perfectly with the coffee provided in the room! Overall, the property itself is beautiful, and the hotel is right next to a Starbucks and a Chick-fil-A for early morning convenience. The freeway entrance/exit is also very close by, and the Metro Blue Line is about a 12-minute walk away. We didn't have a chance to check out the pool or fitness center, but overall, we had a great experience.

The only thing I could think of was that we were unable to cast to the TV in the room to watch videos from our event, or to play pur own music. If there was a way, we couldn't figure it out.

Booked multiple rooms and the venue for a weeding occasion. The staff was very helpful, the hotel is clean, facilities are good. The only one caveat, some of the queen beds in the rooms are uncomfortable and saggy. The coordinator for the venue Dona was super excellent. the staff at the reception were great as well. I am an honor member at Hilton

better or newer mattresses.

Great location and staff was nice.

My room had a moldy smell. And the air conditioner/ heater didn’t work well. It gets cold at night, so when I would turn the heater on at night and set the temperature, it wouldn’t turn on again in the middle of the night. I got up quite a few times to check the settings and the temperature because I was freezing and it was way below what I had set it for. The room would stay at 69-70 even if I was trying to set it to 73-74.

Staff always friendly (I stay here a few times a year), great location for my needs, rooms always clean and well-maintained. Can't beat the warm cookies.

Guests smoking pot on the 10th floor where my room was - made the entire floor smell like it. Haven't experienced this here before. Not really the fault of the hotel or staff.

The best part of the stay was the staff member at reception (Edward). He was personable, resourceful in recommendations and just overall very helpful.

There was ONE place to actually hand towels in the bathroom (bad design) , no clock, ONE USB outlet in the middle of two beds, the fridge was barely cold. Considering all of this breakfast should have been included!

The hotel is clean. The location is close freeway exit. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel provides the warm chocolate chips cookies.

They promised my son to deliver the warm chocolate chips cookies to the room on last day morning but my son didn’t get them till we check out. We were very satisfied with their service, but in the end we were a little disappointed.

Great parking; conveniently located right off the freeway; the hotel was easy to navigate inside of the property; nice restaurant located right off the main lobby; nice courtyard and patio area for relaxation.

The bathroom didn’t have any vents in it to evacuate shower steam or unpleasant air.

I liked the location, the hotel was very nice. Room was big, bed was comfy. Most of all it was quiet and I slept well.

I did not like the 75 dollar early check in fee.I was traveling with my 1 year old and we needed the room early or else I wouldn’t have paid the fee. I have never paid an early check in fee I guess this location is different.

This has to be my all time favorite hotel! Very clean and very comfortable. If I can rate 100% I would. For sure booking here again ❤️

One thing I didn’t like was the shower water. The hot water could have been a little bit more hotter.

Two queen bed room was perfect size. Nice chaise lounge in the room as well as desk. TV was easy to operate and was a great size as well. Bathroom was good sized and I liked that they had auto nightlights when you walk past the switch.
