Loved the room, the amenities, the location. Highly recommended

Probably the only thing I didn’t care for is Vallet parking is required and it’s $31 per day. There was no warning about that when I booked the hotel

Lovely hotel! It is in an excellent location - close to restaurants, the Santa Anita Horse Race Track, Pasadena, and the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden. The hotel rooms were very clean. All of the staff members were kind and attentive (from the valet, bar, receptionists, housekeepers to the restaurant). I had a wonderful stay and would definitely visit again!

Valet parking is mandatory ($31/day). There are no self-park options. It would be nice to have self-park options.

I don’t like that you are required to valet with no other option. 27$ a night adds up and isn’t fair to require that when there is no other parking options.

Stay there twice a month. Love the rooms! Had a bad experience checking in-but was corrected by another at the front desk. Great dressing on the Cesar salad but it was covering old lettuce. Waiter tried to take my half glass wine away which was strange. Loved the Rose latte and area next to the bar- velvet couch area! The bar small plates food is very nice. And a nice touch of vintage Hermes scarf displayed on each floor. Grounds and decor is wonderful. Nice and quiet is a plus. Front desk (except for yesterday) is very professional. Great room coffee. The front check-in person (Di was his name) was very accommodating and got me a room on the 2nd floor overlooking Arcadia Park, that was right next to a stairwell, which was great for taking my dogs in and out easily. My room (232) had HUGE windows and very modern and updated features and furniture. Everything was really clean. High-quality shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. The option to do room service was a life saver on a wet and rainy night with 2 dogs in the hotel room with me, and dinner was delivered very fast.

There is a $29 per night mandatory valet for parking. You are not allowed to self park. This was not clear to me when booking. I had 2 dogs with me and LOTS of stuff, which made loading and unloading in the valet line very stressful and not efficient at all. I ordered tuna tartare for room service dinner. It was ok, but not great as I would have expected for this type of food in California. Room service was very expensive. Dinner for one person came to $73 because there is tax, plus a service charge, plus a delivery charge, and this does not include gratuity!!! Convenient, yes, but yikes! Also, the mini fridge was TINY and barely fit all of the things I needed to keep refrigerated.

I stayed for a total of 3 nights over the last 2 weeks as a result of being evacuated due to a fire near my home. It is a beautiful and elegant hotel with all the amenities that could be desired. The staff was very professional, accommodating and friendly. I will definitely stay again. My stay was exactly what I needed at a stressful time.

The hotel is in a great location, next to the Santa Ana racetrack and a fantastic park. There are several restaurants and a mall really close as well. The outdoor space is lovely, with nice seating areas in a garden atmosphere

I didn’t love that everything in the hotel had an up charge. The WiFi had to be purchased for $5 to $10 per day, the restaurant, coffee shop and bar all served overpriced items, valet parking was $29 a night for a perfectly accessible parking. lot.

My only complaint is how expensive the food, drinks (coffee and tea), and snacks is were at the restaurant and little market. $5.00 for a bag of M & M’s and $6.00 for a cup of tea seems a bit exorbitant. They have a coffee maker in the room but it is very loud when making a cup of coffee and woke up my family when I would use it to make my morning coffee.

Location is excellent, close to the feeway but in a nice area of Arcadia. Very close to the amazing park - LA Arboretum. Hotel is new and modern. Comfortable beds. Cool and relaxing lounge and a nice bar in the lobby. Nice views.

No coffee in the room! That's a big miss. Heard that from other guests as well while getting coffee downstairs. Hotel is a bit pricey, can't say that the price is fully justified. Expensive parking charge in the area where parking shouldn't be an issue.

The room was very nice , great view. The staff was cordial. The location was good. I suggest changing the bathroom mirror is old! the room was so nice ....it deserves a better looking mirror!!! Also the shower door needs a stopper because it makes a load noise when you close it.

Breakfast was poor. Actually I ate very little, the yogurt was bad, the pastry was reheated.
