The staff were friendly, hotel was kept very clean, location was great for what we needed. Pool area was nice and mostly quiet, a few other couples around it when we were there. Large spacious room, sofa to relax on, plus a low table, desk and chair, nice bathroom, area to hang clothes. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room

Pool could have been cleaner, leaves etc left for days. Breakfast was very busy most times, seating was very close to each other, not enough space in the breakfast room.

Location was perfect!!

I was not too thrilled with having to check in on a kiosk, even though there was a person you could talk to through the kiosk I felt it was very impersonal. The "Deluxe" breakfast was lacking . Absolutely no source of protein, the only fruit available were apples the size of golf balls. Maybe they could add yogurt cups or hard boiled eggs for a source of protein. This is Florida, why not at least offer oranges?

This property is obviously old and is undergoing a remodel. There were a few items overlooked to repair, like around the floor of the toilet. Yet there was a lot of work finished to make our room very nice. I had issues with the TV remote, we are just getting too old to figure out some of these new remotes. Also a kiosk for check in - NO LIVE person to help check us in was fascinating. It works. What next? 🤪

I must say we were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked this hotel. It was a last-minute decision to get a hotel for us, so we just found something cheap. As much as everyone is complaining about the virtual check-in assistance, we LOVED it. Super cool, quick, and easy, and they were super friendly. The room was updated and clean. The bathroom was nice and clean and conveniently stocked with shampoo and body wash. Beds were clean and comfortable. AC was nice and cold, too. This place is a bang for your buck. Highly recommend if you just need a clean, affordable place to sleep.

The pool was dirty and had ducks in it. We didn't plan to use the pool anyway, but if we had, we wouldn't have swam in it.

Our room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. The staff did a great job

Breakfast was disappointing. The waffles at hotels are very good, but for some reason these waffles were rather rubbery. We did not have any live contact with the hotel staff at check in or check out. It was the first time I had a check in and out with a kiosk and zoom conversation with a person. However, the people I did speak with at the kiosk were prompt and friendly. It was strange, it worked, but I refer communicating with a a person that is actually at the hotel.

The rooms were very clean. for the price the room was acceptable. when we registered we were meet by a virtual check in. We had never seen this before. I have to say it was weird but very efficient. we were in Florida and he was in India......

the breakfast was very basic not that great. But the woman who cleaned up afterward in the dining area was amazing. She literally wiped down everything.

It has a breakfast with bread, coffee, juices, croissants, waffles, donuts, cupcake, it is varied. It has a good location, the rooms are clean, they have a check-in machine that is super fast and easy to use. The hotel is close to different food restaurants. It has an ice machine.

A suggestion They could put a coffee maker in the room, and add eggs and bacon for breakfast. The room had a slight musty smell but they had left a dehumidifier machine.

The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and had a sofa which we liked as we don't like to sit on the bed to eat. Breakfast was simple but there was choice of waffles, toast, muffins and cereals. We felt safe here, everyone was friendly.

Impersonal check in using a man behind a computer screen rather than someone there in person.

The room was clean. It has ample space. Good value for the money. The location was good, between downtown Ft Myers and access to Sanable and Captiva Islands.

There was a noisy dehumidifier running all night. It would start and stop every three minutes or so. It was uncomfortable.

Excellent value for money. Included breakfast was a surprising benefit and was better than we were expecting. Check in and check out were “remote” via a person on a screen which worked very quickly and efficiently although, personally, we didn’t like the method as it’s so much nicer to interact in person.
