I liked the location, it is just 10mins drive with a car to the parks.

The staff were not very friendly. The housekeeping ladies were very loud from early morning talking in the corridors and they would knock on the door at 8-9am to clean the room and when we would open they would just speak in Spanish, not a word of English. A female receptionist from the night shift was very moody and barely answered a word when we asked something. Also just wanted to mention that there is no shuttle to the parks the whole day, just once a day. We didn’t need it because we rented a car but I saw the schedule and it’s sad.

I booked two nights on booking.com and got a great deal. When I arrived, the resort fee was much more expensive per night than it was showing online, so be prepared for paying more. The Pool was clean and rooms really comfortable. Staff was so helpful and friendly! The breakfast was delicious, the kids enjoyed it as well! Laundry room was out of service so check before letting the kids swim unless you're prepared to pack wet clothes or dry your best in the hotel room. Bathroom was clean and tub was comfortable, great hot water and water pressure. I had my flight delayed and rented a room for another night, was charged more for that one night than I had for the two nights combined but also had another deposit taken off my card, told it would be refunded after checkout. Around 7:45 pm I received an email from my airline with an updated flight time and had to leave at 1:30am. For some reason I wasn't given the second deposit back? The deposit from the initial two nights I booked ahead of time was returned, so I know they could tell the room was tidy and in order when we left. I'm unsure why I was charged so much and no deposit return for just one night when I left before 2am. So while the rooms were nice and the staff were amazing, I don't understand the billing differences online vs in person nor not receiving my 2nd deposit back.

Good accommodations, excellent bathroom amenities, location was great, good view and there's a pool if you like, also a ice machine, it was great

breakfast was basic, there's no all-day coffee or drinks, be aware of that, also there's a $20 fee per day, keep that in mind when booking.

It was easy to access and close to where we were vacationing to, and it was incredibly clean and well maintained! The staff was very kind and helpful and the bed was unusually comfortable for a hotel room- even in going to more expensive places the sheets and pillows here felt wonderful!

The property it itself was great, however, booking the rooms was interesting- seeing has they take $10 for taxes, and then another $20 on top of that for accommodation and services. I feel as if those prices should already be factored into the room, and while at first it felt like an amazing deal, it ended up costing the same as other hotels we were looking at. We only chose to go with this one because they offered a one bed room, while the cheaper option only currently offered 2 full bed rooms. Not the worst thing in the world, but definitely made the stay feel less like a great deal and more like a basic chain hotel.

The location let us check in super late and since we were driving in 6 hours away with a 5 year old, that was perfect. The rooms were clean and when I requested new towels, they were happy to oblige. The beds were comfortable. They do provide breakfast. A little variety would have been nice, but everything was clean. The pool was clean. It isn't heated, but it was still nice after spending all day at Disney. The shuttle to Disney was also nice and convenient since parking at the hotel is free. We're already planning to stay again with more family.

If I had to be picky, the blanket is a little thin... but we adjusted the room temp and slept AMAZING still.

The staff were helpful and nice! The beds were cozy and every day we came back to made beds, clean bathroom, and fresh towels which was very pleasant. The hotel was very close to the Disney parks! The breakfast was excellent, you can make your own waffles! I do recommend this place if you aren’t staying at a Disney Resort.

The shuttle didn’t fit my timeframe but only because we were going for opening of the parks. It only goes to Epcot however you can transfer to another bus at Epcot to go to another Disney park. You would have to go back to Epcot to catch the hotel shuttle back.

We selected this hotel at an airport within 30 minutes after a flight cancellation and waiting six days to get home so there was a risk HOWEVER The property is in a lovely setting slightly back from the main road. It was very clean and the rooms were a very good size. Michelle on the desk was very welcoming when we arrived and check in and out was very easy. We were not disappointed, plenty of free parking, there is a fridge and microwave in the room. There is free breakfast which consisted of the usual American breakfast waffles, fruit, and lots more choices, this area was also very clean. We genuinely felt very lucky with our choice that we had made within 30 minutes normally I research places for ages before booking. The hotel is also 10-15 minutes from the parks depending on traffic, and which park as there one way loop roads make you go back on yourself sometimes, not very close and easy to get to them all.

There was nothing to dislike, but as we had been delayed a further 6 days it was a pain that the laundry room was out of action the whole time we were there.

Location is convenient to go to the Theme Parks. The shuttle is available but it was running late on schedule most of the time. The staff were all friendly and helpful specially Lorna who helped us sort out our bill enquiries. Internet was good About 20 minutes walk to the shops There's an Uber driver Robert that's always available for transport and charges reasonable rates. We had a lovely 5 days stay

The continental breakfast menu was adequate but didn't change in the five days we were there. No public bus service available except Uber

The location of this hotel is Disney World area with shuttle service so this is a great place to stay when visiting Disney on a budget and not renting a car. The breakfast is buffet options are great, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. I have stayed at his hotel on 2 visits to Disney this year.

Not enough vending machines and vending machine options. The tv in my room was outdated so I could not watch streaming tv. But since I was not planning on spending much time in my room it did not bother me. The hotel staff asked if I wanted to switch rooms with a better tv and I said no. But they offered to move me.

The price is reasonable and affordable comparing to the others hotel in this area. Room is good and clean. Breakfast is simple, I like the waffle that we can make it ourselves. Staff were helpful and nice. We travelled to Disneyworld by bus, there was a bus to Magic Kingdom but needs to walk 15 min from the hotel. It would be better if you have your own Transporation or travel by uber/lyft. There was free shuttle bus to Universal and Disneyworld but only 1 time per day. But the time is not good enough in my opinion. Though that who will go to EPCOT at 11 am while the park opens since 9 am. And the bus time back from EPCOT to hotel was 9.15 pm while the firework finish around 9.15 pm and you need some time to walk to the bus stop. I understand it's free, but it would be great if the hotel can fix the bus time to match with park time.

Laundry was a bit expensive, $3 for wash and $ for dryer. And there were 2 washing machines, 1 broken when I stayed, the others one also not spin well. My cloths still soak after the washing finish, I need to twist the water myself before putting cloths to the dryer.
