The room was spacious and clean, I didn't smell cigarettes at all . 👍. The pool area was very clean, parks are walking distance. It was worth every dollar. In my opinion.

It’s very difficult to find fault with this property. Location & facilities are excellent. Huge rooms & a fully equipped kitchen. The appearance of the rooms from outside makes you initially question your choice, but inside they’re great. 10 minutes from Disney parks with tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Orlando now.

I did not order breakfast and the location is very close to everything we feel right at home. It would be great if you inform guess about the Fun Spot that right in your back yard or post it on you website. Which will bring in more customers for your business.

Other than the front desk I did not reach another employee that speaks English at least that's what they said. So whenever I need to ask them something I would have to use Google to translate in Spanish then show them my phone or try to say what Google say.Most of them give you a smile and some just look at you and pass you by. Im very big on customer service.But all in all I had a great stay.

Super clean, organized. The staff goes beyond to make you feel at home. They are flexible, nice, incredible.

This is one of my favorite stays ever in the last 2 years since Covid. The hotel is the best in the Kissimmee area. And in near distance to Universal Studio and Disney Land. I noticed that the property was renovated and is sophisticated. The room was in Building N and it was 2 bed, 2 bath suite – very large spacious house, everything new, well equipped and quiet. Overall, the location was very convenient for everything including airport and theme parks, food stores and local restaurants. Completely pleased with this experience and will most definitely stay here again.

The room is so comfortable! The location is great, staff super friendly, the pool is 8ft so it’s amazing to swim. The toiletries and amenities in the room are perfect, you have all the basic things you need. I stayed here back in 2015 and wasn’t back till now, I will be definitely be back. Best option in old town.

Over looking the Pool on the second floor, the room was very nice and accommodating. There was everything I needed for my stay. A real coffee maker which was very nice as I drink a few coups in the morning. Old World was next door, that provided a very nice walk in the evening with adult beverages and entertainment along with gift shopping!

The living room furniture was efficient but could be a tad more comfortable. There was a hiccup with my room key, and it was taken care of and was offered any assistance i could need for the mishap. I asked for a later checkout time and was accommodated. Very pleasant staff,

This place is amazing. Paid under $1,000 for 6 nights. They refunded my deposit within a few hours of check out, and most places take much longer. Love that it had a full kitchen and living area. Very home-like. Was more like an apartment than a hotel. Right next to old town with 3 pools, on site laundry, a sand pit, giant chess, a gym, and more.

My ONLY complaint is that the floors were dirty. Not visibly dirty, but our feet were black if we walked barefoot. My only recommendation for the property would be to just make sure the floors get cleaned better and mopped. That one small issue doesn't deter me away from staying there though, I will definitely be back.

A lot of places to eat nearby. A supermarkt within walking distance. Old Town is a fun place to go in the evening.

There are no shuttle busses to the parks anymore. Thankfully this is not a very big problem if you're going to WDW as there are regular busses in front of the resort. Going to Universal Studios is bit more difficult, you will need a taxi/uber/lyft to get there.

I just stayed there this weekend and they were very accommodating . I am a truck driver and I had to postpone my trip for a week so they accepted my request to push it back . My check-in day was supposed to be Friday but I did not make it in until Saturday late morning and they were perfectly fine with holding my room and not canceling or charging me . The room it wasn't perfect. There are a few flaws. It was things that you can live with. My son chose to be in the bedroom and I use the Murphy bed. . The dishes are not El Cheapo walmart, big lots, or Dollar General brand. The pots and pans where are the copper brands and works really well. You communicate with the staff via text from your phone or whatsapp. They responded within 30 minutes every time I asked him something or needed something.

The room it wasn't perfect. There are a few flaws. It was things that you can live with. My son chose to be in the bedroom and I use the Murphy bed. During the daytime when everyone was at the hotel the Wi-Fi was very slow. The ACs kept the room and the living room cool but not cold at night you can still feel the humidity from where the AC didn't reach the beds they did give you an oscillating fan which really helps. The hot water took forever to go from lukewarm too hot.
