Location was phenomenal- we were in Orlando tot take the kids to Disney World and it was so conveniently located. Also, it was great that there was so much to do at the hotel after our day at Disney- from swimming to ping pong to cornhole and a playground. The kids loved it and as did we. It also felt like an AirBnB condo, so the kids felt like it was our home away home. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all.

Nice and spacious apartment. Good location for Disney . Pool is a good size . Washer and dryer ist always a plus , kitchen well equipped.

After we checked in the employee at the reception asked us to go the concierge in the next room to get our parking permit. First the lady told us about restaurants and gave us coupons. Nothing wrong there . But then she asked us about our income . And here it’s getting weird . She said that we could go to a time share presentation. The usual stuff about amazing deals we could get, including a credit card with a 100$ value . We should have just said “No, thank you” and walked away . But when you are tired after the long trip , you are vulnerable and they know that .In the end we didn’t go the presentation, but the whole thing left a bitter taste for me for days. So my advice would be to get the parking permit and leave .

We were shuttling all over the Disney/Celebration/Davenport area and the location was great. The suites were enormous with great kitchen and laundry facilities - just what you need for a long stay (we were there two weeks). The beds are fine with an extra pull-out in the living area. The pool is big and great for kids. The gym is modest but functional. All the shopping you will need is right nearby. Lots of parking space (we ended up with four cars at one point when guests came to visit!). Although the resort was busy it was never noisy as all the apartment blocks are well-separated - unless, I guess, you are by the pool. They come to clean once a week which you can just arrange at your convenience.

The buildings are quite drab and the apartments plain so on arrival it can seem slightly down-at-heel - they are certainly well-used but this does not affect the functionality. But it is not a great aesthetic experience and families expecting a Disney-type resort will be disappointed. We had to work on the A/C as one of the rooms was a bit warm but by closing the vents in other rooms we managed to concentrate enough air there to solve the issue quickly.

- This property greatly exceeded our expectations. It was perfect! - The apartment is huge. - The kitchen was very well equipped. - The master bathroom was gigantic. - Washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. - We jokingly asked the receptionist whether the pools were working - we visited during Florida's cold spell when it was around 5 degrees Celsius - and the pools were HEATED! So we managed to try them out - there's a pool and a jacuzzi. - Free parking. - AMAZING value for money. It was by far our cheapest accommodation during our travels through Florida & it actually might have been the best one. Highly recommended.

It is very conveniently located near Disney, restaurants, shopping centers. The villa has everything you need: fully kitchen, washer/dryer, a master bedroom, a smaller bedroom, living room (with a sofa bed that we didn't use because we were only 3 people), and a small terrace. Basically, everything we wanted and more.

The central A/C has some small temperature inconsistencies across de villa, but nothing major. In particular, the smaller bedroom felt hotter than the master bedroom, but that could be because the smaller bedroom has a window with direct sunlight, unlike the master bedroom, in the villa we were staying at.

I loved everything about the property. It was clean, quiet and most of all the resort was around everything that you can think of.

Everything was exceptional.

Location: Distance to Epcot and Magic Kingdom is about 10 mins. Super easy drive. Hotel Room: The room was clean, big, and spacious, however, we did get the older modeled setup. Plenty of amenities! Beds were really cozy, ample space throughout and the room location was quiet. Master bathroom doesn't have a door or curtain, but I was with my immediate family so not a concern. Walgreens, among a few other spots for quick bites, groceries, etc. is just down the street. Easy on and off to the highways. Would definitely stay here again.

Having the updated room would've been nice, but the room we had (although older) was still clean and comfortable. The sofa was pretty dated and worn out but still good enough to sit on.

Nice sized clean apartment with all the necessities included for self sufficiency, seem to have thought of everything, even small sachet of soap powder provided for washer/dryer. Good pool area with plenty of Sunbeds, friendly staff.

Not the fault of the property but really noisy guests upstairs, shouting, banging till gone midnight. No on-site restaurant Pool bar shut Monday & Tuesday so nowhere to get drinks or snacks. Only a couple of restaurants within walking distance. After a long flight from U.K. & arriving late would be good to have basics ( milk, bread etc) available to buy from reception.

The check-in process was incredibly fast and easy. I was super impressed with that! The condo offered two bedrooms in the unit and both bedrooms were perfectly sized. I enjoyed the full kitchen as well as the washer and dryer in-unit. Unlike some of the reviews, I did not spot a single bug in my unit. The unit was a little bit dated, but I think the facility did the best they could with what they had to keep it clean and nice. The pool was extremely nice and well maintained.

The view from the screened in balcony was of the dumpsters and backed up against a lackluster tree line. It would also have been helpful if there were elevators at this resort, especially with our unit being on the third floor. Also, even though check out is at 10a, there was someone opening our door at 8a to start cleaning up our unit, which I did not like at all. Luckily I had the deadbolt on, or they would have barged right in unannounced.

The room is very confortable. It is actually a small apartment, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing and drying machines, 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, 1 smaller bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room... more than enough to feel at home while being away from home. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ areas.

The 2 beds in the second bedroom are small, they should be at least twin size. I am 5'8'' and find the bed small, larger people will definitely find it very uncomfortable. That said, the room does have a sofa bed.
