The property was nice and quiet. Our house was worn around the edges but comfy enough. Loved the porch and table outside, we ate out there several times. The pool and surrounding landscape were beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again, in a different unit.

The AC wasn't up to par with the florida sun or cooking inside in the kitchen. The loft was adorable but again, way too hot for sleeping. We asked the front desk for a fan but they had none. There was no shower curtain in our shower. After calling the office a few times with no answer, we went to the bathouse for showers until we were able to get a shower curtain the next day. There were no towels for the pool, only bath towels. The other units around our place were all empty, but the porch lights were kept on all night. The lights shown in our windows making it hard to fall asleep because it was so bright.

Perfect for our family of 5 when visiting Disney/Universal. It has become our must stay place when we visit! My kids love the pool and love that we’ve seen deer and baby gators up close. The cottages are perfect for families and the property feels very secure with a gate and guard.

Tropical Palms, is amazing we absolutely loved our stay, and plan on returning with the motorhome next time. We had the experience of renting a cottage, and it was exceptionally clean and everything was ready and waiting for our arrival The neighbors next to us, are repeat visitors every year and that says a lot about a business. The moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the office staff and checking in was a breeze,. The security staff are amazing.we enjoyed just chatting with them, as we passed through the gated entrance to Old town Kissimmee. My husband and I have found a " new home " at Tropical Palms and we can't wait to return.

There honestly wasn't a thing we didn't like.

Location good. No breakfast.

Was in cabin with one way street....had to back up to get out. Stayed in premier cabin. This one seemed to be more cramped than the other times we stayed in premier. Very small dining table and porch would only accommodate 2 people. Spoke with staff and was told could request side entry cabin in future (more room).

Bungalow are nice, clean and confortable. Place is sweet and bords sing ib the morning. Staff is great, helpful abd politesse.

Would appreciate a bit more disses (plates). Being an européen family, we cook for dîner.

What we like about the property is our own space , and a full kitchen, and they are clean, and it is quiet at night. The staff worked very hard to make our stay pleasant and to correct concerns. I would recommend Tropical Palms 100%. This is the 4th time we have stayed with them.

I had a hot night the first night the Air conditioning unit could not cool the cottage. it was not working properly. We could not reach anyone and the next day the situation was addressed and corrected.

The entertainment, the privacy, the location.

Smelled weird coming in, like it had been cleaned but somehow just a weird closed up smell at first.

Great Environment , clean cattage is clean, directly access to vehicle is convenient, frond desk is kind

The AC & refridge makes lots of noise, the 2 room doors can not be closed, and the smoke detectors are easy to alarm while cooking even the ventilator is turned on

We LOVED our close proximity to Disney World and family living close by. The amenities were also very very clean, and the pool -- to die for! We will come back again and again!

Nothing! Honestly, everything was perfect!

Very calm place. There are wild animals (birds, squirel, deers,rackoon) to spot.

The cooling comes under the floor and it’s a bit noisy. I had to cover some of the tiles.
