The Tub in the master bathroom is an accident waiting to happen. It's like a built in ground tub that is above ground and if you're not 6ft tall you can barely hop into the shower as you have to straddle the tub/shower to get in Some older couples could break a hip or fall. It is huge and all but dangerous so just a heads up...Thursday the mowers started at 8am, it's HOA and not home owner's issue but not pleased. None of the bedrooms had black out curtains and the sun blazes in so can't sleep in or take naps unless in master bedroom or downstairs which do have great curtains. Just calling it out but otherwise enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

The town house and facilities within it were amazing. We had a lake view and sitting on our own private patio was fabulous. Regal Oaks is idealy placed for exploring the rest of Orlando and the shops and bars at Old Town are within walking distance.

More work is needed on access which is via key code. The post the numbers are on is very wobbly and it is often difficult to reach as a small English woman driving a massive american hire car. Most of the security man don't help, they just open their window and shout press the hash. This is not helpful when your are checking in. On our last night there were people walking to through his window. We waited but they didnt move so we tried to pull up to the pad and recieved a lot of abuse as we 'almost killed them.' I didnt see security at all. The site is very noise with people coming back to their houses singing at 2am and TV's on loud all night. I assume there are people that live there full time as there are lots of noisy cars starting up about 6am

Gated community in a prime area , just 15mins away from Magic kingdom and Animal kingdom. The house was beautiful and spacious. Comfortably accommodated 7ppl. The staffs especially vanessa were really helpful to extend their time to help me out when I lost my access card late night. Ammenities are ample to accomodate a rest datly. We had a wonderful time staying. Will definitely choose this everytime visiting Orlando.

Individual big Trash bins can be provided outside or backside or every home..charging for trash cleanup can be changed.

The resort was beautiful and very clean. The townhouse itself was much bigger than I expected, and was incredibly comfortable and very lovely. The pool, slide and the private hot tub were all wonderful. The location was delightful--being a brief walk from Old Town was very fun, and I enjoyed the amount of wildlife I saw while staying there. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and I was very happy that there were laundry services as well as a kettle.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't fantastic, and there was no shuttle service to the nearby attractions, which was a bit of a disappointment. It was a bit of a trek to get any basic groceries as there weren't really any local spots to get any.

There was on the pillow and they did not change the bed sheets. The beds had plenty of hair and white sheets became that's the bed sheets were in the master bedroom. I called the front desk and they sent someone to change them for me other than that everything else good for me. Friendly staffs location is easy I like the place. I had my personal transportation it was easy for me to go around the city. If I will go back again it still a yes and no question for me.

The disappointment of the dirty bed sheets and the blood on the pillow. Who if the beds changed 🤔

The location, pool and restaurant at the clubhouse were good

There was no bedding for the sofa bed. There was a lot of hair on one of the blankets in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We tried cleaning it but it was too much. We decided not to use it. We booked from Monday til Friday but for some reason our hot tub was turned off while we were out and when we reported it, maintenance came and told us it was being cleaned because they thought we were leaving on Thursday. We went to the receptionist and she gave us a $50 gift card to use in the restaurant. We had a family of 10 who could not enjoy the comfort of using the hot tub in our unit and all we got was a $50 gift card which definitely couldn’t do anything for everyone in the restaurant. A maintenance person stayed trying to get it back up and working but it didn’t work

Great location. Townhouse with screened in patio with own hot tub was a plus. Unit was spacious.

Some routine repairs need done. Rattling HVAC fan and kitchen spray hose needs replaced. Carpet on steps and bedrooms needs cleaned, better yet, replaced.

location to Old Town was fantastic! Very secure, clean and easily accessible. The private Hot Tub was wonderful! The units were spacious and updated. Our unit had a full size washer and dryer!! The pool and restaurant were really nice as well. We were given an hour late check out with no questions asked!!!

There could have been more supplies like toilet paper, paper towels in the unit.

The townhouse was clean overall, in a good location, and roomy. It was close to good restaurants and about 25 minutes from Sea World. We loved the sun room and private hot tub. We were close to the back of the resort, and the scenery outside our sun room was beautiful.

The carpet could use some updating. The pull out couch mattress was pretty dirty, and there were no sheets or pillows for it at all. Each bed only had 1 pillow per person, so we really didn’t have enough for everyone to sleep comfortably.

Spacious, clean, well equipped. Comfortable beds, quality linens, some great basics provided eg washing up liquid, dishcloths, dishwasher and laundry powder and bathroom toiletries too. Lovely towels for home and pool provided. Hot tub clean and hot. Had to be located to a different villa unexpectedly but it was sorted quickly and efficiently with an upgrade thrown in!
