We had a 15% discount plus a last minute deal so we got a king jacuzzi suite for a very nice price. The room was very large with full kitchen, living room and bathroom separate from the bedroom. Comfy beds. Great shower pressure with hot water. Heated pools and hot tub. Such a great deal!

Booking says there isn’t a resort fee but there was a very small one of $15 per night. Booking also has the incidentals listed at $100 but at check in we were told it was $150. The money was returned 2 days after check out. No problems just slightly different in person than listed on the booking website.

Sales pressure,$15 resort fee added after booking,can’t cancel once booked,Booking.com explains all fees so I don’t think they know about it.I would have booked anyway but the way they did it was shady.

This was our second stay at the Vacation Village Parkway. The room was fine for our purpose, which was a weekend at the parks. That being said, we literally were there to sleep and shower; we did not utilize the pools or fitness center so I cannot attest to their condition. Our room was fine for our family of 3, queen bed, with joint bathroom, small kitchen, sofa bed. I did check the kitchen stock and it seemed adequate for a family of 4; there was full size refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner cook top; basic dishes were provided. Room also had small balcony. Location was good for the WDW parks.

As I stated, I cannot attest to any of the 'amenities' however, I did notice that our particular room was a bit dated; the bedside table beside the queen bed was old; top layer of varnish was gone. Thats very minor, but just overall gave the room that dated appearance. The extra for 'resort fees' of 15 per day, although mild compared to some resorts, was still frustrating as we literally did not use any of the amenities. I had paid prior to arrival and still had to pay resort fees plus place a 150 hold on my credit card at time of check in. The hold did release immediately at check out but still frustrating when you think you are paid in full.

The resort fee should be shown in the excluded info, not after booked in an email.

My husband and I loved everything about this property. We are definitely planning on returning for another staycation.

It was a nice resort, good spacious rooms, nice parking and location. Pretty fun. Very friendly staff who accommodated our requests, even letting us check out later with no fuss.

Booking does not show or tell you about the resort fee when you are reserving, there is a note on the hotel's page and they do write to you to inform you, but it not being shown with the taxes and fees or the price on booking feels like you're getting a skewed perspective of the price you're going to pay.

We visited 4 of the 7 different pools and splash pad areas and each one was so beautiful and well maintained. The playground area was much bigger and had nicer equipment than most other resorts. I was so nervous about this resort after reading some of the negative reviews, but once getting there we realized people just look for things to complain about. This was a GREAT resort and a GREAT price for what all they have to offer.

No complaints. The staff was friendly and always working to keep the grounds clean and neat.

We loved our king suite! It was so spacious and amazing. We only wish we could have spent more time at the resort. We were only there for one night to go to a concert. So we didn’t get to use the pool or the jet tub in the room. We will definitely be back!

Nothing to say bad about the property.

Great value for the room - we loved the kitchenette. Pool and hot tub was nice. Room was really clean.

Only thing is that it would have been nice to have a shuttle to Disney. We payed a lot of money in Ubers
