The resort was beautiful and very clean. The townhouse itself was much bigger than I expected, and was incredibly comfortable and very lovely. The pool, slide and the private hot tub were all wonderful. The location was delightful--being a brief walk from Old Town was very fun, and I enjoyed the amount of wildlife I saw while staying there. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and I was very happy that there were laundry services as well as a kettle.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't fantastic, and there was no shuttle service to the nearby attractions, which was a bit of a disappointment. It was a bit of a trek to get any basic groceries as there weren't really any local spots to get any.

Great location. Townhouse with screened in patio with own hot tub was a plus. Unit was spacious.

Some routine repairs need done. Rattling HVAC fan and kitchen spray hose needs replaced. Carpet on steps and bedrooms needs cleaned, better yet, replaced.

There was on the pillow and they did not change the bed sheets. The beds had plenty of hair and white sheets became that's the bed sheets were in the master bedroom. I called the front desk and they sent someone to change them for me other than that everything else good for me. Friendly staffs location is easy I like the place. I had my personal transportation it was easy for me to go around the city. If I will go back again it still a yes and no question for me.

The disappointment of the dirty bed sheets and the blood on the pillow. Who if the beds changed 🤔

The location, pool and restaurant at the clubhouse were good

There was no bedding for the sofa bed. There was a lot of hair on one of the blankets in one of the bedrooms upstairs. We tried cleaning it but it was too much. We decided not to use it. We booked from Monday til Friday but for some reason our hot tub was turned off while we were out and when we reported it, maintenance came and told us it was being cleaned because they thought we were leaving on Thursday. We went to the receptionist and she gave us a $50 gift card to use in the restaurant. We had a family of 10 who could not enjoy the comfort of using the hot tub in our unit and all we got was a $50 gift card which definitely couldn’t do anything for everyone in the restaurant. A maintenance person stayed trying to get it back up and working but it didn’t work

The townhouse was clean overall, in a good location, and roomy. It was close to good restaurants and about 25 minutes from Sea World. We loved the sun room and private hot tub. We were close to the back of the resort, and the scenery outside our sun room was beautiful.

The carpet could use some updating. The pull out couch mattress was pretty dirty, and there were no sheets or pillows for it at all. Each bed only had 1 pillow per person, so we really didn’t have enough for everyone to sleep comfortably.

Nice townhouse, lovely view over the lake, well located for Disney, and hot tub was good after a long day at the parks.

Could do with a bit of a makeover, broken tiles in kitchen and carpet stained in parts. staff at front desk not so happy and helpful as I’ve come to expect in The USA. kids slides shut at 5pm every day, really not ideal as that time of day was when the pool came alive after people had been at the parks all day. massive queues for Happy Hour at pool bar too, just totally crazy under staffing at most busy times.

The location is great, close to everything. Some places are no more than 20-25 minutes away.

This is my 2nd time staying here and as before, the curtains in the master bedroom and downstairs to the patio were dirty. This time the mattress cover on the sofa bed had stains. Bathrooms could use better cleaning, showers always have leftover hair.

The resort is in a really good location. The airport is about 30 minutes, ESPN was 12 minutes and everything else was no more than 10-15 minutes away. It was really clean, had everything you would need for a family.

The master bed wasn't that comfortable, felt the springs when I sat down and the pillows weren't comfy either. Also, there's a balcony outside the master bedroom, it had 2 chairs but no table. Had to sit my coffee on the ground.

it was easy to come and go with a lot of things needed without having to constantly eat out and we’re able to have our own kitchen and washing machine to do our laundry and cook which made easier to pack and could wash our own clothes. I also love the property was so protected and gated!!

I didn’t like that we were there for 4 hours after we had driven for 16 hours and couldn’t check in or didn’t have a place to relax and we were even late being able to check in. Plus we were told that they cleaned everything which was why we were late to check in but there was a rusted spoon in the hot tub and someone’s underwear left in washer. they also sent me message saying that u can call and try to schedule early check in but no one picked up and also the dish washer was broke after just one wash!!

Specious townhouse with comfortable staying for families. liked the Hot tub they have.

The staff were ok not bad not so good with dealing with customers. The place needs more equipments such as vacuum & some Kitchener stuff.
