Very clean. Extra towels available. Nice staff. Well maintained. Good coffee maker, microwave and fridge in room. White bedding is the same as at more expensive hotels. Bathroom had nice countertop and tub surround (looked like it was done by Bathfitters). Better than average breakfast with self served waffle machine, hard boiled eggs, bagels, English muffins, toast, hot and cold cereals, fresh watermelon, oranges and bananas, and cinnamon and blueberry muffins. Staff alert and responsive, replenishing fresh fruit, helping with waffle maker if needed. Next to Panera and Bob Evans, and close to Wendy’s, Tudor’s, Qdoba, Walmart, Harbor Freight and route 77. Has a coin op washer and dryer with usage rules thoughtfully excluding operation during sleeping hours (11pm-7am).

No king sized beds (although you can get two queen sized beds at a low rate). Beds a little hard and pillows not as nice as at expensive hotels. Tub with shower instead of walk in shower (did have a grab bar), but might be hard to use for older customers. Small TV in room (36”?). No comfy place to sit in room except one hard back chair. Somewhat dated colors (mustard and brown), fluorescent light fixtures and furniture, but all very clean and in good shape. No coffee in lobby except 6:00am to 9:00 am. Only two coffee pods in room (although you can get more if you ask). No pool.

This place is a bit confising to drive up to but located right at the I77 interchange and only a couple miles from charming Msrietta downtown.. The room, breakfast and staff made this a perfect stop for two old snowbirds.

I can't think of anything that was below par.

The front desk was very efficient and told us everything we need to do at check-in. They did so quickly and no waiting. The bed was very comfortable and while it was a small room that was fine with us given we were only staying one night. I like the shower as there was a bench in there as well. The room was also very clean and had a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Though we didn’t eat breakfast there was free breakfast and a Folgers coffee machine.  There is a lot around this location and we preferred to go to Tim Hortons for breakfast which was right down the road. 

The room was small as indicated but we weren’t spending a lot of time in the room it was fine for us, especially at the rate given.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel and once again it was perfect for my needs. The room was fresh and modern, spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the water hot and lots of pressure, the wifi was perfect. A/C, frig and microwave all worked great. There were restaurants in walking distance and a grocery store across the road. The breakfast was quite adequate for me…I enjoy the oatmeal, fresh fruit salad and whole fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. There was also waffles to make and other pastries and cereals. Perfect landing spot after a day of motorcycling the area roads.

Two people might find the room to be small, but I travelled solo so it was fine for me.

The room was great. Queen Studio. Awesome setup. Very spacious. There are stores and restaurants in the area, just minutes away. Some in walking distance. So that was very convenient. My wife and I had beautiful view of the sky and sunset from our 2nd floor room on the rear side of the building. For being close to the Ohio river we didn't have much of a view of it. That was a little disappointing, other than that the location is good but the room was great!

The breakfast seemed basic with no variety. But most free breakfasts are.

I traveled for work. Hotel is simple and clean. The suite itself was very clean which I appreciated so much! Had basic toiletries, fridge and microwave was a bonus. They also had a coffee maker which I didn't need but was nice to have in case. Breakfast was continental. Enough for a good meal prior to heading out for the day. Coffee from their machine was quite good. Staff was helpful and accommodating. This hotel hosts many healthcare travelers and offers special rates for us!The clerk who checked me in was kind enough to assign me a room on the 3rd floor which was quiet. Will be headed back next week. Thank you!

Desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Gave us a choice of floors where they had available rooms. Room was pretty small but had everything we needed including microwave, iron and fridge. Room and bathroom were very clean. They even made the bed and changed towels with a 2 night stay - that never happens anymore!

Nothing really! It’s a little tricky to find the parking lot entrance, but certainly just a minor learning curve.

The room was excellent, except for a couple of things. The shower was the best motel shower I've ever experienced -- easy to use and perfect water temperature. The fridge was very useful. Very clean and quiet. I like the fact the motel was pet free -- I don't like pet-friendly motels because the rooms smell bad and dogs are noisy at inappropriate times.

I didn't like the free breakfast -- high in refined carbs, very low in protein -- so I ate elsewhere every day. I don't know why hotels bother with such useless breakfasts. The lobby was uncomfortably noisy with a TV blaring constantly. The toilet seat doesn't stay in the up position, which makes it bothersome for a man standing up. The motel was difficult to get to with a car, because it is located on a marginal road difficult to access from Ohio-7.

I loved everything! The room was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The staff was very friendly. The location was phenomenal. Kroger across the street, Bob Evan's restaurant next door. Everything I needed was close. Breakfast included some fresh fruits cut up. (watermelon, pineapple, melon dew and grapes) My daughter and I traveled from Indianapolis, Indiana to see Kenny G at the Peoples Theater in Marietta. The hotel was a mile and a half away from venue. The price of the hotel was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower head should be lower so a person could adjust the shower head. Also the toilet seat should be higher. I felt like I was sitting on the floor. Thank goodness was the shower safety bar so I could get up off the toilet seat
