This is a nice, basic accommodation for an overnight on the road. The location is excellent with a good restaurant an easy walk across the parking lot. Clean, quiet room and bath, comfy beds, YV and AC worked great. Fridge and microwave worked well. The icemaker was broken so Management bought ice, bagged it into small, one travel mug sizes and gave us each a couple. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The gal at check in was new but SO pleasant and accommodating, as was the manager and the man restocking breakfast. Gold stars all around.

The breakfast is super minimal, but the value and friendliness of staff is unmatched. The wonderful ladies who clean our rooms always said good morning and tried to learn your name. Very safe area, clean rooms, friendly service. This is why we keep coming back.

Very small breakfast selection. Please consider adding even just powdered scrambled eggs.

We stay here on every trip to Parkersburg. It is easy to access. Close to places to eat..The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are clean.

The Carpets were all stained. Only have waffles and cereal for Breakfast. Fruits are all snatched up by work crews for their lunches.

Excellent location very close to the highway but not noisy. Small but well appointed clean room. staff was friendly and helpful. comfortable bedding.

two minor criticisms: Bath towels were rough and absorb little water. when you exit the elevator, suggest a sign indicating which number rooms are to the right or left

Good location with a couple of restaurants in walking distance. Excellent value with friendly staff. Breakfast selection was adequate for our needs.

Room lighting could be improved but no complaints.

Beds extremely comfy, clean facility and real nice staff. I’ll stay here again on my travels to WV.

I wanted to cancel the last night but couldn’t because i didn’t book direct with them. My bad.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Manager a bit upset that we had our service dog with us. I usually try to get a pet friendly hotel. Toilet seat in room broken. Only reason we will not stay again is because we travel with our service dog.

Could use some seating in room. Water drain in bath drained very slow.

I’m not really a breakfast person but it suited my taste. I am mostly a coffee drinker. The room was clean and comfortable. Attendants were friendly.

There was nothing I did not like. My husband would have preferred some eggs and sausage but I made him a waffle.
