Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful room. Breakfast offered a great variety of items: bagels, apple sauce, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, etc. Room had a hair dryer, large shower with shampoos and conditioner shower mounted, large TV, microwave, mini-refrigerator, very comfortable bed. Safe location with local dining options.

Didn’t see anything I wanted but I happen to be a picky eater. Picked up a blueberry muffin and headed on out for the next leg of the trip

I had the feeling the woman who checked me in, an Eastern Indian woman, was suspicious that I would try to smoke in my room (I don’t smoke), sneak in a dog (I am traveling totally alone), or adopt some stay animal and take it into my room. Maybe it was all in my imagination.

Very nice hotel right off the interstate. Very clean, Spacious and comfy!

The breakfast needed refreshed. Biscuits were hard, gravy was in a crockpot and scorched, sausage and eggs were dried out. There were also muffins, cereal and yogurt options though. Juices were good!

The choices that they had out for breakfast were very poor. No fresh fruit, no yogurt , no bacon , no waffles , also when I went down at 6 am when they said breakfast would be open they were just starting to put things out .. They should of had all the stuff out at 6 a.m.. Very disappointed.

Very nice! Only thing I disliked was that the vending machine on my floor (2nd) wasn't working and there was no waffle maker for the continental breakfast. The lady making hot food was very nice and helpful.

The room was spacious. There were many outlets, which was great. And we were able to get a late check-out, which was very helpful.

The breakfast could have had more variety. It was adequate; nothing special.

Location was excellent, very quiet but right off the freeway. Very clean, neat hotel. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast.

A couple extra towels in the room would be nice. Toilet paper was almost empty and no extra roll in the room. No kleenex. Otherwise, it was outstanding.

Location easy to get to. Greeted friendly. Appreciated the upkeep of property. Reasonably priced for passing through on the way to Cleveland, OH

Coffee was machine. I like strong coffee. I bring my own Keurig but didn't get it from the car for 1 night.

We were surprised for the rate. We got in about 11:00 pm, it smelled and looked nice and clean when we walked it. The staff was awesome at the desk and upon getting to our room, again just as pleased to see how nice. Definitely will make this a regular stop between travels!

Can’t say a thing we didn’t like.

the man who checked me in was not friendly at all! had to wait at the desk for several minutes for someone to show up and he acted like I was bothering him. no soap in the bathroom. I have never ever stayed at a hotel where there was no soap! very very inconvenient!
