We left some of our clothes in the closet, and I didn't realize it until we were too far to turn around. I called and spoke to Brian (manager), and he went up to our room and found our clothes and told me about this website ileftmystuff.com and he was nice enough to box up our shirts and printed out the shipping label and the package was picked up and I received it in 4 days. Thank you, Brian, for going the extra mile to help me out. We would definitely stay again. Oh, we had a great dinner at a super close restaurant/bar/fresh seafood, place, called The Lost Anchor. You will not be disappointed.

They are remodeling, I did know that at the time of booking. Wasn't really a problem.

The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. I was driving on I77 and decided to take a night in a hotel. The price was very good for what I got.

The first room that they place me - had a smell of cigarettes. So they very quickly transferred me to another room. The second room did not have any smell. Basically it is not the fault of the hotel, but not sure how they can enforce the non-smoking.

The rooms are large and quiet and feature a lot of outlets, unlike many hotels. The location is close to several eateries, stores and gas stations. The hotel has plenty of parking and the staff are all very nice.

On both mornings of our last stay, the "hot" breakfast items were lukewarm at best. The second day, we brought our breakfast back to our hotel room and reheated it in the microwave. We have stayed here in the past and this has not been the case. It would be terrific if you offered half and half with your coffee in addition to non-dairy creamer and sugar.

The outdoor patio is a great, low-key spot to relax. There is a fire pit, grill, and plenty of furniture. And it is right next to the (all-day available) coffee and tea. There's also a grill available. The pool and hot tub were open at the time of my visit, but I did not use them. The hotel is on a main street in Vienna and connected to just about everything you need! Try some of the LOCAL restaurants: Tudors biscuit world, Mary B's, Polo Club (outstanding ribs!), or the QWagon in nearby Belpre. The breakfast area is kept very clean. Breakfast is available 4 hours a day, 6-10. (Pass on the eggs.)

I'm not sure why they are posting the negative part first, but it really was a fine stay. My only negative feedback is that the bathroom needed sprucing up, particularly in the shower. As a hotel guest, I was thrice overlooked and ignored by a brunette female staff member working evenings. Once, she walked past me at the desk without acknowledging me and spoke to those checking in. They kindly let the attendant know that it was my turn and I was taken care of. Another time, she overlooked me to answer the phone, but instead of putting them on hold and asking if I needed anything, she made me wait through a reservation booking. As a suggestion, the hotel could benefit from larger pillows. They were unimpressive (but still nice!) compared to the bed.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the entire building was in excellent shape, the breakfast was okay, just every day it was the same thing

Nothing really except the electricity went out Saturday night, the room was hot, no air, no tv, we should of been compensated something for that

It was clean but kinda old in our room the water in tub ran all night with a leak that was very annoying but they did send messages saying the location was being renovated so perhaps this is why. Things could have been wiped down better like walls and doors in our room as they were not the cleanest however I’ve stayed in places that were much worse but for the price I’d expect the cleanliness.

Room was renovated and clean. Check in/out easy. Check out was 11, which is nice. The bed was comfortable. Pool is indoor, but I didn't use it to review it.

The fitness room was only 3 pieces of cardio equipment. I know they are renovating, so maybe this is a work in progress.

The breakfast was good. While the food was precooked, like most hotels, there was plenty to eat. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and spacious. I would stay again.

There really nothing to complain about. The floors were a little dirty but overall very clean. Housekeeping did a good job

Very clean, which made a good impression on me. Staff very pleasant. Welcomed me to area. Queen beds were very comfortable. No smoking rooms appreciated.

Remodeling in progress. Noisy at times. Bathtub faucet would not shut off and dripping constantly.

Breakfast was awful, had to wait and find someone to bring forks and more food because everything was almost gone at 8 in the morning . One young and apologizing girl doing it all by herself. She needed more help. The whole time she was running back and forth there was no one at the front desk. Not sure if that was her job to or if they were hiding to they wouldn't have to help.
