The very special attention that was given to us during a very emotional time of losing someone and having to travel to a funeral. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay special, and we are very grateful for everything. We were supposed to come back through on Saturday, but had to delay for 3 days, and the staff made sure everything was ready when we were finally able to return through. I was so exhausted after a week of burying a dear friend and dealing with all the funeral situations and having to drive back home to Buffalo NY. The manager (Sherry) upgraded my husband and I to a suite that had a bathtub that I greatly needed. I can't even thank everyone enough. I have been coming back and forth to this hotel through my travels since 2019, and I recommend it to everyone that travels in these directions. The breakfasts are always so hot and warm and delicious too.

Not a thing

The room was large with an alcove of sink refrigerator and coffee and tea, microwave.The bed was so comfy, even the pillows. was a large couch and a closet. The bathroom was huge and supremely clean, with a grab bar to help getting out of the shower. We travel a lot and I only wished all of our hotels were this nice. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choices.

The ice machine was out of the way.

Great staff !! They let me kids stay in the pool to finish off our getaway after check out , there food was not mediocre I don’t ever like gravy and biscuits and there’s where amazing ! Yes there was so downs but my kids have never asked to come back to anywhere and they asked to come back here ! I’ve never been to a heated pool that was actually heated !!! And felt like it as this OUTSIDE ONE FELT AMAZING !

Just that the indoor pool wasn’t open but the outside was amazing !!

The staff was great, the room was awesome and comfortable. Price was reasonable.

I could hear the person in the room above me stomping around in their room. It actually woke us up. I thought hotels were supposed to be a little more sound-proofed. There was no ice vending. 2nd floor was closed and first floor didn't exist. The receptionist was nice enough to get me some from the back.

I loved how welcoming the front desk people were and was pleasantly surprised by the size of our room.

The only thing I didn't like was that the room didn't have a lot of lighting. Great for a sensual mood, but not if you are wanting to see everything you're doing.

Breakfast was good. Coffee very good. Pool was warm and comfortable. Room clean and comfortable bed. Staff was nice. Quiet sleeping.

Building in need of renovations. Floor in hall uneven. Wall paper in room starting to peal.

Convenient location; breakfast included; staff was pleasant and printed things for me as well.

It could use some updating, but other than that, I don’t have a complaint.

Nice big room for a king size and nice large tub and large bathroom in general and very clean and staff is very friendly.

Jacuzzi tub didn't work and definitely need bigger TV's

Easy to get in and out. It was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept us up. And checked every day.

We stopped for a night to get an early start to travel to NC. Our room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was good. Location close to freeway.
