The room was beautiful and exceeded expectations! Its the first time in a long time that the bathroom shower area was clean!! (past stays and NOT this location or brand!) We were very tired and the room was welcoming!

They need a quiet time...we were very tired and it sounded like a party after 11pm and at 6am! NOT the fault of the hotel but guests could have been quieter during those hours. Breakfast was continental but should include a little more for those who cannot eat the breads etc...GF like Oatmeal packets would be a plus We had issues with the TV and the host did get it working for us! A TV guide would have been great! (or perhaps I could not find it on the TV????) I could not remember times for breakfast! just a short one pager left at the desk providing hours for checkout and breakfast would be good. the guy that welcomed me was very personable and a lot of help!! However, in the morning, they were pleasant but very businesslike ??

Breakfast was excellent . The location was 5 miles from my sons wedding. The staff made me feel very welc9me. They was very kind to my grandaughter. They didn't hesitate to get her another orange juice. I will definetly stay here again

The friendliness of the entire staff! How quiet the location was, and the location itself.

I had to switch rooms because the restroom was not cleaned, and had no toiletries. Then turned the water on and rust came out of the faucet.

Excellent staff was friendly and met all our needs while staying at the facility. Breakfast was good, and hot coffee always available. The room size exceeded our expectations and everything was top notch.

Spacious room and very clean, which we appreciated. Also near a very good Mexican restaurant recommended by hotel desk person.

Revamp the lobby, first impression made me skeptical of room quality. The room was great and we were pleasantly surprised.

Clean facilities, great beds and AC and bathrooms. Clean and affordable. Wasn’t super fancy, wasn’t disappointed at all. Love that it had a mini fridge and microwave in the room!

No closet In the room.

When I arrived out wasn't noted that one of our rooms needed to be first floor due to accessibility issues. The staff went above and beyond to redo a few things and get us bottom floor.

The room was clean. Location was right near highway. Staff made good recommendations for dinner. Breakfast was simple, but great variety and ample .

Side door to enter room hallways was unlocked till 11 pm. I wish the door was locked at all times for added security.

We had a room on the first floor this time, but the last we had a room on the 2nd floor, and an elevator would have been nice to transport the luggage.

Manager made sure that I had a lower room with easy access to pet area. Thank you so much. Beds were comfy. Close to my family and downtown. Would definitely recommend staying in the area
