My wife and I were traveling from Virginia to Colorado and desperately needed a place to stay for a night. Red Roof was one of the few available options. I am not a big fan of motels, however, Red Roof exceeded our expectations! The room was super clean and quiet, and they even provided coffee for breakfast. This was a terrific experience that completely changed my perception of chain motels!

The parkins was a little bit sketchy, but thankfully nothing has happened to our car.

The staff were so friendly. Even when I had to go down after 2am to get my room key re-activated. Just in case you have due babies, it may be helpful know, they let the babies stay for free (up to 2, more than 25lbs each. This was a nice surprise given our experience w/the one in Kanawa County.

There really isn't anything I can complain about & say that I didn't like. Well, except for the same thing that every other morel does, check-out at 11am

We got a good night’s sleep, We were able to adjust the heating system to maintain a comfortable warmth during the night. did not hear any road noise. Restaurants reasonably close.

I was passing through West Virginia going back to Florida from Michigan. My car broke down and this was the closest town. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I appreciate it. Next trip back will be staying. The whole town of Hurricane has been wonderful.

Was very close to several restaurants and shopping places.

The only problem we encountered was that the shower pull was very difficult to lift up - a minor thing.

When we booked, we did a search for Midway WV and this location showed up and said it was 7 miles from destination and once we checked in we checked to see how long it would take to get to Midway and it was two hours away. We had to back track 80 miles to visit who we wanted to visit.

The room was conveniently located, good price, clean, and comfortable.

The fridge in the room leaked water on the floor, but not too much. We just tossed a towel on the floor to soak it up.

My request of a room close to office was accommodated. Bed & pillow was very comfortable. Room was clean and water pressure was fine. This is the second time I stayed and I will stay again on my next trip in September to NC.

The beds were nice and the staff was very professional.

Just the lighting, everything else was great!
