Breakfast was delicious and fresh. I really liked the quiet. My friend and I were in town for a concert. Knowing that we were able to come back to a quiet, clean, spacious, comfortable room was an unexpected delight. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The facility is tucked into a mountain, yet close to a main road that you can get to downtown Charleston within 15-20 minutes. Outside noise was nonexistent, making this stay one of the best that I have ever experienced.

If only the pool were open later. I would have loved to come back after the concert, and get into the hot tub. The pool area should be open later, and outdoor umbrellas would be great in that sitting area. If it is hot outside, the chairs are not comfortable to sit in for being hot as well.

Front desk staff was very very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool was smaller than expected, but the kids and I had fun. The outdoor grill area had a group of people that were cooking out, but they were also smoking marijuana so we had to go inside. There was a strong odor of marijuana in one of the hallways also. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and we would stay there again, but I think the marijuana issue needs to be addressed.

Charleston has since long lived his best days. Historic downtown is a succession of empty spaces out for lease. Hotel needs some renovation. Cleanliness not impeccable (found some hair on the floor in the bathroom) but overall acceptable. Standard of furniture is less than what one would expect from this chain.

It’s located was wonderful and it was very clean and friendly plus the breakfast was real food 😃💗. I pick hotels that have indoor swimming pools and this one was so nice!! Water temperature was perfect and it was very clean and enjoyable. I Will come back here for sure. 🫶🏻

The room was huge.... would have preferred the Jacuzzi tub in my room but did get jetted tubs in bathroom and it was Great! The breakfast was very nice great variety!!! All in all it was a nice stay!!!

The tub had 4 jets only 2 worked the first night the next morning 3 were working! It would have been nice if they all worked. The pool says it's heated but the pool itself was cold what was VERY HEATED was the room. If your not swimming your likely to suffocate. I know it should be warm but if the pool water was heated like it says in Ad you wouldn't have to keep pool room blazing hot!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. The whole hotel was very clean, our room was sparkly clean. The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of room to sit. The decorations at the hotel were nice and bright which was a nice change from the other hotels we have been staying at.

Power went out twice but I think there was a thunderstorm/very windy. Not really the hotels fault.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel. The room is a nice size and the shower is large. The ac/and heat work well. I like the fridge in the room as well. I have no major complaints. I have always been satisfied in my stay here and I have stayed here three times now. The breakfast is reasonable and is nice to have included. I appreciate the seating area as a place to meet with folks for breakfast or otherwise. I have never really utilized the pool but it is a decent size. I also appreciatethat this hotel is located near a lot of solid restaurant options like Panera, Wendy's, Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, Crumble Cookies and a surprisingly good Quaker Steak and Lube. It's nice to not have to drive too far for something you'd like to eat.

The breakfast doesn't have a lot of healthy options (sugar free options). The fruit doesn't always appear to be fresh. Additionally, the parking, especially after 8pm, becomes a little challenging. That said, I've never not found a space. But these are minimal complaints.

The check in clerk was amazing. Very helpful, since we arrived after 1130pm. Her smiling face was there to greet us as I had to take our 2 beagles out for their morning business.

Reduce the pet fee. $75 is steep, after paying $145 (including taxes) for the room.

Loved the staffs hospitality. The room was amazing.

The light above the spa tub was broken in room 306. Was already on and the button on the tub didnt work and couldn't turn it off when we went to sleep. I personally think you should be able to see the TV from the spa tub it was kind of a bummer. But all in all it was an amazing stay. I love this hotel!!!

Sadly, we did not wake up early enough to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool the night we checked in. It is a small pool,but nice. It was very crowded the night we were there people were very respectful.

The jets is the hot tub were not working. The door to the fire pit area locked behind us and our key did not work to come back inside the pool area. Nobody's key worked for reentering the pool causing everyone to rely on people to get out of the hot tub to open the door for people or they would be stuck outside. We were fortunate it was very crowded with helpful people!
