We liked the Christmas decor. I liked how fast the elevator is. We Loved the size of the room. We Loved the bed. We Loved the fact that it had a fridge and microwave. We weren't sure if it would have. The breakfast was pretty good.

Not easy to get to at night. GPS in Charleston can be confusing. Seemed to be in a sketchy part of town. We know that hotels/motels cannot always help that. The coffees were not labeled "caffeinated" or "decaf". The person at the front desk had to pause a minute herself. I hope she told us right, but don't know because I can't drink coffee. My wife needs it.

Great location, staff was very friendly., reasonably priced and everything was very clean.

Locating the main entrance was difficult. The hotel is older and not everything has been remodeled. In the room we had the deadbolt didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't close. The showere was an ADA roll in shower but the floor was not done properly for the water to drain. If the water rain too long the bathroom floor and hallway flooded. Hopefully management will make the necessary repairs, I did leave this information at check out.

The desk clerks were friendly and professional . Once inside the building and in our room it was enjoyable. All in all it was ok for a 1 night stay while driving a long distance. Price was reasonable.

The neighborhood was a little intimidating with homeless people sleeping on the edge of the parking lot and entrance security (thankfully) strict. The breakfast was substandard to other places with the coffee being watered down and the food institutional out of a package. We opted to go to a local restaurant on our way out of town.

The breakfast was very nice, and the morning staff was super friendly. Evening staff was ok, but I felt like I was bothering them when asking questions--such as extra pillow and towels. They were on the phone (not work related) and I seemed to be an inconvenience.

Parking lot was a little on the sketchy side. Not very well lit and small parking spaces.

Friendly staff and accommodating . Room was spacious very clean. No problem with parking.. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet no noise from other guests rooms. Short walking distance to the Clay Center.

Minor problem was no stir sticks for coffee in the room. Suggest a few fruit items at breakfast..

The location was a little worrisome but it was a nice distance from the convention center. I know you can't help the neighborhood and there were good security measures in place. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk, checking in, was kind and efficient.

Breakfast choices were good & simple, hot and cold selection. I had to look a couple of times for the milk. Ran out of hot food so needs improvement with keeping food available. : )

Improvement for having enough breakfast food for everyone. Availability to see (or read) where milk, butter, and maybe jam are. The little frig wasn't exacly mark.

The hotel is in the heart of Charleston with easy access to I-64. For me, it was an overnight rest stop for a long drive. It is within walking distance of Go-Mart ball park if you want to take in a minor league baseball game during that season. The staff is very helpful, and there is plenty of parking.

Breakfast was good.. location is not best but it is downtown so hard to expect different.. not a lot of parking at all... only bad experience I had from the stay was guys fighting and punching holes in walls at midnight which woke me up but that is not the hotels fault.

Comfortable bed , plenty of hot water ,spacious room, nice amenities and loved the fact thy had a small workout room.

Heat wasn't properly working , no light in entry way in the room which made it hard to see the thermostat on the wall. Entry light switch worked the lights beside the bed .
