Lisa, the worker at the front for our entire stay is truly what made this stay so exceptional. From check in to check out she was the only staff we really interacted with beyond a “hello” and “how are you”. At check in she gave us recommendations on where to eat, all the amenities the hotel has to offer, interacted with our daughter who was grumpy after being in the car all day. At night we tried buying milk since we had forgotten to get some for the babies bottles and she gave us two from the breakfast bar which REALLY helped us when our daughter was losing her mind. At checkout she spoke with my husband for a while, and was just an overall very friendly and welcoming addition to our stay. She has made it certain that if we are ever in the area again that we will 100% be staying at this hotel. Lisa is TRULY an asset to this company/hotel.

Breakfast is good, serves scrambled eggs, sausage, fruits, pancakes, and the usual drinks. Room is clean and well kept, new fridge and microwave oven, has water fountain in fitness center, save money on having to buy bottled water. Plenty of parking spaces, close to interstate, there is a Holiday Inn Express right next door, and is surrounded by small businesses/warehouses and 2 churches.

Bathroom has pocket door, does not close tightly, other than that, it's good place to stay.

The staff was outstanding! They really worked hard to adjust my stay when the weather compromised my arrival date. There was a snafu with booking not updating the dates and I was changed a no show fee. The hotel was able to remedy it and was friendly and genuine in assisting. I wish this level of service was everywhere. Thanks they have security patrolling the parking. They have a hot breakfast. Oat milk and oatmeal for vegetarians. The room was clean. The hotel was clean. Overall this is one of the most highly rated hotel stays I’ve had in a while.

Nothing to complain about

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Lisa felt like family by the time we left. She checked in with us every day to see how our wedding weekend was going and made sure we had everything we needed. She was extremely helpful with restaurants and fun things to do in Charleston.

The breakfast was ok, but I thought it could have had more hot options.

Property was nice and Front Desk staff were excellent. The free hot breakfast was a good add on. The rooms were comfortable and include a mini fridge and a microwave.

There didn’t appear to be a pool at the hotel, or maybe it was outside and I missed it.

Breakfast was good. Not great, but more than adequate. Very nice comfortable room for the price. Good coffee.

The only thing that could have been better was better water pressure in the shower. That wasn't even that bad.

We were just traveling through on our way to OBX NC. Checking in late, and left very early in the a.m. before breakfast was available. The stay was comfortable and served our purpose for a bed to crash in.

We arrived to find no reservations. Savanna took care of us. Gave us an additionall discount for the inconvenience and put us into a perfect room for us. This hotel will be used by us in our travels again.

When we arrived they had no booking for us. Gave them my confirmation info from booking. Com. Someone on your end didn't complete their job.

Parking lot is small. We were traveling and got in a bit late and there was hardly any parking.
