I didn't have the chance to have breakfast due to leaving for work early in the morning. The bed was very comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful when rebooting the room.

The ability to have breakfast could have been better. Some of the staff was not helpful in answering questions and making checkout a little better. The hotel is next to a highway off ramp and the trucks continuously make too much noise as they slow down.

I liked the clean bed and room.

The refrigerator was leaking water and a large puddle was cleaned up me after asking the staff for a towel. The electricity was turned off to the microwave, refrigerator, and television. The refrigerator defrosted itself, leaving the water puddle. Another stay found 3 bottles in the refrigerator that were left from a previous guest.

The staff was very friendly to get me settled after my arriving late night. The room was in very good shape. The air conditioner was working well. The bathroom was clean. I like the good quality chair. It was good that the desk was large. The TV and refrigerator were adequate. Having your own microwave is always a plus. I even liked the artwork on the wall, which had a map of the USA and license plates within each state.

The free breakfast buffet is a thousand feet away in another building across the street in a Quality Inn. The hotel is between a road and a highway, so it may be a little noisy.

I didn't have an opportunity to have breakfast. During one week, the hotel closed breakfast because of Covid, but the staff at the front desk didn't wear masks.

I couldn't talk to staff early in the morning. This made checking out a bit complicated.

The accomodations were fine, but the location was difficult to access the main roadway. I wonder how many accidents occur at this terribly busy intersection? It would be difficult to install a traffic signal at this location, but it needs one.

I liked the convenance to the high, the staff was great and they accommodated my disability without hesitation!

The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the bed linens and comforter. They were very dated and itchy. The property is in the middle of a huge update. they just hadn’t got to the room I was in yet.

To hey don't have breakfast there. And said that they haven't had it for some time. And when making the Resv. It said free breakfast. And as senior we didn't get our discount. They are saying you were to have done that. You say that they were.

That morning seeing the mountains in the morning and the dew in the sky moving with the clouds.it shows how God's creation is so beautiful..

Everything was very clean, the staff was great and very friendly and I definitely would book a room there again in the future.

Close to turnpike

It is backed against exit ramp and litter resulting from it. Room waa surprisingly quite which is a plus.

I wonder what the point of making a reservation is when the time it took to check in seemed to be equal or longer than checking in with no reservation? In fact the clerk seem to be overdoing verifying my identification as the person on the reservation. I not only had to produces my valid gov picture id but was asked several id verifying questions. One in particular was asinine, "What is the last 4 digits of the credit card you used to make the reservation?"
