We were introduced to Angel at check-in and she really was  an Angel. She made the whole experience effortlessly. Beautiful person. Thank you Angel. Bonnie we met at breakfast another sweetheart. There was a sign the day before that read breakfast ends at 10am. To our surprise we came down at 9:30 and the sign read 9:30. We were disappointed, but than we met Bonnie. She was very cheerful and told us not to worry she would wait to clean up after we were done. Food wasn’t that good but the service was impeccable. When we returned to our room our key did not work. Zanny and Bonnie were very helpful to fix the problem.  A little kindness goes a long way. I would recommend your hotel to anyone who would listen. P.s. Our dogs really enjoyed their stay as well. Thank you

Breakfast

The rooms were a good size.

The beds were very high/tall - need a step ladder to get into the beds. This isn’t convenient when you get up several times thru the night.

I liked the location. It is close to a shopping center and some very nice restaurants.

Nothing , actually. The only thing I did not like was the price of the room for one night. It was over $300.

Front desk receptionist was outstanding.

No toliet paper, half a roll no extra. No body wash, no shampoo in the dispenser. Very frustrating to get in the shower and no soap.

Under renovation, no cold water in BR sink, or hair dryer. Beds comfortable, decor nice and well done. Ice on the floor made it easy. Excellent breakfast and happy staff!

Staff was exceptionally nice. Breakfast was great. They are still remodeling but it was quiet and nice.

The parking because of the renovation for trailers was difficult. Everything else was great.

Location

Room 415 had hot water in sink but couldn't take shower no hot water in shower/tub let run 20 minutes still no hot water. Everything else was excellent.

The location was perfect for what we needed it to be

I was sold a room with a in room hot tub and after getting there found out there was none at that location anymore.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Switched rooms around so we could get checked in before my daughters softball game started. Breakfast was great and there were many options.

No complaints at all.

Room was spacious and very clean! No complaints! Elevator was a little slow. I was shocked at breakfast when she told me they were out of sugar!! I don’t drink black coffee!

No sugar for my coffee!
