We loved the convenience to the Convention Center. Food was within walking distance. Parking was great. Management personally seen that the parking was kept for their guests. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Loved the firepit outside. Very relaxing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms.

Our stay was excellent. We had no issues.

Overall everything was great. It was an unexpected stay for a medical emergency and it was convenient to the hospital, we found everything to be excellent and will stay again if in the area again and need to.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

really great location! I loved how my bed faced the window looking over the city, and how clean it was. the staff were very friendly and as a female traveling alone, I felt very safe.

the only thing I did not like was that I requested to have the down pillows switched out for foam pillows since I’m allergic to down feathers, and they forgot to do so I think. I woke up with an itchy throat from it but it’s not a big deal.

The location fit perfectly in our plans.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk wasn’t much help. No personality. She didn’t give us any information about the facility or how to locate the elevators to get to our room.

I got into the hotel later than expected and because I had pre-registered everything was done and waiting for me when I arrived. I was also able to get food when I arrived without leaving the hotel.

It was extremely warm in the hallways.

Very clean , had a bistro , bar and coffee shop. Plus snacks at the desk . Staff were all super friendly and nice. Very good location to venue for concert.

Slightly high in price but was a weekend night and big sold out concert.

It was extremely clean and comfortable. It’s was within walking of distance of where we were going (civic center)

The manager was a bit pushy about the pool and exercise room as far as behavior by young kids even though they were accompanied by their parents.

Super easy to get to location, friendly staff, snacks and drinks available 24/7, clean large room, comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, Relaxing stay. Had delivery right to our room from local chinese restaurant and it was easy. They were redoing the carpeting on our floor but they did so quietly and did not disturb us. Easy, quick checkout.

Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant onsite if you want it by the plate. Front desk staff did not tell us about the carpeting replacement until we reached our floor and saw the sign. The next day, the carpeting workers did not know there were guests on the floor. Communication could be better all the way around.

Great location near downtown and the river. Nice hotel and very clean. Stayed there on a weekend so downtown was empty so couldn't say what it was like when the area is busy.

No bad experiences at all.

This place was perfect. My daughter and I were just passing through on our road trip and I almost wanted to stay another night. Extremely clean. Extremely welcoming. I have zero complaints. If you value a clean environment to rest your head, even if just passing through during a road trip, this is the place to go.
