The hotel for the most part is lovely although it could stand to be updated. The location was on the main highway which was very convenient. Of course the breakfast was great as always for the Embassy Suite

The receptionist was not cordial, she did not give a warm greeting. Parking is very limited and on this particular night the lot was full when we arrived. We were told that we could park at a near by parking lot for $12.00. It was 11 pm when we arrived two woman and a child to walk un attended to a parky garage (no way) since it was Sunday, parking on the street was free but still no assistance from the security officer sitting in the lobby, The sheets on the pull out bed were DIRTY with oblivious stains, the mattress was old and had a large deep indentation in it , making for a horrible sleeping experience

The bed was really comfortable. Soon as I laid down I was out.

The new valet is awful. A hot mess. The employees that are parking the cars are standing outside talking shit about the guest that are pulling up. So in order for me not to have to park down the street I have to let someone that I see and hear talk shit about guest park my car as well. SMH! I will get dropped off next time. Then they give me a room with a big ass hole behind the door. I Let the front desk know and they knew that it was there. They should at least let the guest know of the wear and tear of the room. We spent most of our time trying to catch the elevator to and from our room.

Location was of good proximity off of the highway as I was traveling north on I77. I liked the welcome reception and the check in was easy and friendly. The room was nice size and layout was good. Probably would have got the king size bed next visit.

Walk from car from parking to check in was a bit long. Maybe only have parking in the deck behind the hotel and. In the front of building for ease of check in. Our room location was 722 and seemed to reek of the breakfast exhaust the morning we were there. Provide more bottled water in the room.

This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites and I was impressed by the large atrium, two free tickets for drinks and snacks at happy hour. The breakfast selection included with the room was the best of any hotel we stayed at on our trip.

When we arrived about 30 minutes left in Happy Hour our rooms were not ready. Despite asking in our reservation to be close to each other we were given rooms on separate floors. The person who checked us in seemed unfriendly and not concerned that our rooms weren't ready. The only good news was the two drink tickets for Happy Hour and snacks. We had a drink and snacks while we waited for rooms. I was so unimpressed with the staff, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Convenient & well kept. The text communication option while staying was convenient. Valet parking was great! Breakfast was good. Family friendly and overall the hotel updates were good.

One of our sheets was dirty for the foldout so that was not checked when the room as cleaned. We had to wait over an hour for the replacement. The bottom of the shower needs replaced and a hairball in the bathroom.

Room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and happy hour with gratis drinks and snacks was very nice.

The toilet in our suite apparently had a leaky flapper, and it cycled off and on all night. The charge at the hotel with taxes exceeded the "all expenses total" quoted on booking.com by about $11, which was rather aggravating. When I asked about the difference, I was told "taxes are through the roof" and was led to believe that booking.com made the error.

Staff was great! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. The omelettes are fantastic! Pillows were soft. Bed was comfortable.

It's strange.. I stayed in this hotel a week ago and had an exceptionally wonderful stay, however, this time my room was not as nice. I stayed on the 6th floor last week on my drive down. The room was super clean and smelled great! However, I started in room 507 last night and it was not as nice as my 6th floor room! It was a little dusty, didn't smell really good, and the shower was set up very awkwardly. You have to get wet with cold water to turn the shower on! It's bc the layout of the room is weird. The shower door opens on the side opposite to the shower head, so you have to lean in to turn on the water!

We were towing a boat and Jerry and his staff went above and beyond to assist us with parking on a very busy night for the hotel. The were wonderful to us and we knew our car and boat were safe all night. The buffet breakfast was the best I have ever had for a free breakfast!

There was a huge party Saturday night in the banquet hall. The next morning at breakfast I had to use the bathroom next to the banquet hall and the facilities were not cleaned over night.

The to check in and out was hassle free and easy peasy. The room was large and spotless and the thermostat worked well. We had a cool view of the city surroundings. The lounge was great and comfortable. The bed was exceptional. We fell asleep in 5 minutes. It was quiet. The breakfast was top notch and had many options and flavors. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The coffee at breakfast seemed a bit bitter and watery compared to the coffee in the room which was fabulous.

It was a nice and clean property and breakfast was so great. The location is perfect. The parking and check in was not convenient though. We got to the hotel around 4 but there were no space available to even get to the driveway so we left to grab a bite and came back at 5:30 and they still didn’t have our room available to check in. We paid extra for parking since the hotel doesn’t have onsite parking.
