It was a good price

When we went to take a shower the water was cold. I contacted the front desk and was told maintenance would go check out the issue, but the water wasn't warm by the time we checked out. I spoke with Matt (I believe was his name) and told him of the situation and told him that I am there frequently because I travel through the area and told him this was the 3rd time this has happened and I am thinking about staying elsewhere due to the issue with the hit water he said I would. It's really not the comment I was expecting.

For the price point it was what I expected. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, and what I've come to expect from most hotels at this price range. Instant eggs, pre cooked sausage, and instant gravy. They do have waffles, which is my go to, and a good selection of juices.

Nothing really stands out, overall it was a well run hotel.

New facility, great breakfast, fitness room, sofa, desk, tastefully-appointed room. Good security, as I had to use a card key to enter the building I was in. The price on Booking was much lower than the walk-in price.

My in-room coffee maker had no tray. I asked for one at the reception desk and got three, but they did not fit. I had to cut one to size with a pair of nose hair scissors to have coffee in my room.

King bed I like the guy with eyeglasses🕶 who worked at the front desk on January 6, 2024 he was a friendly, humble guy

The lady with eyeglasses who is manager or work front desk made threats to me she wrote me a note if I don't check out by noon and will get charged I told her I knew the policy I left before noon I did telling the lady whose housekeeper that I really don't appreciate them. Left a note with keys There's stains on sheets when I get ready to go to bed. the carpets need to be vacuuming for real

The desk clerk was very helpful and the maids were very friendly. When I stay for 2 nights anywhere else, the room wasn't cleaned until I checked out, but when I returned the second night, my room was clean and the bed was made like it did when I checked in the first night. I will definitely stay there again. 💯❤️

Really big rooms and bathrooms. Good Lighting - plenty of parking! Liked that you had to use your room card to open outside doors to satellite buildings for security! Breakfast was very good!

No brochures for things to do in the area - asked desk clerk and she said all I do is work - so I have no idea of fun things to do!!!!! The eggs at breakfast were not very hot and the juice out of machine was warm (I guess that’s why there was an ice bucket by the machine!). Road construction nearby caused a rather difficult u-turn to get to your property!

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good variety, hot item, cold items, juices, and different types of coffee. There was regular, decaf, cappuccino and latte.

There wasn't anything we didn't like except maybe if it was rainy or cold having to go from one building to another for breakfast.

Our room was super clean! The girl that checked us in was very sweet. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and was friendly. We got there a little early to check in however she made arrangements to get us checked in early.. that was NOT unnoticed!

The second day that we were there a maintenance guy accused my fiance and I of coming out an empty room...we DID NOT!!! He was not professional handling the matter...instead of introducing himself and asking us politely about the matter.....he comes to us accusing and telling my fiance he was going to kick his butt the incident could have gotten worse if management didn't step in. It was ALL u called for.....he didn't have a uniform or anything that he employee of the hotel....my fiance did not get an apology like I wasn't told he would...Other than that ......we will definitely be staying there agan?

Room was extremely clean and sheets were super smooth and clean. Plenty of pillows. Microwave and fridge in room huge plus.

Location. Is not amazing, seems to be a quick stop for many traveling, right off highway but not unsafe at all, This is only negative if you want to call it a negative.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful .Our room was clean and spacious. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Loved the squeezable hand lotion on the wall in the bathroom instead of little tiny bottles. Breakfast was good, as well.

A lot of ice in the parking lot was a bit treacherous.
